It should say:

[IANA-protocols]

Notes:

All references named [IANA] should be replaced by [IANA-protocols] because such references refer to the list of current assignments, that are placed at the location, mentioned as [IANA-protocols].

It should say:

<none - should be removed>

Notes:

This errata report is to remove confusion made by Errata ID 2733. That errata proposes that [IANA] shall be replaced by [IANA-protocols] and no references to [IANA] are therefore needed.
