Section 1.1 says:

Solutions will need to chose between flexibility (supporting multiple options) and conciseness (selection of specific options in order to simplify implementation and deployment).

It should say:

Solutions will need to choose between flexibility (supporting multiple options) and conciseness (selection of specific options in order to simplify implementation and deployment).

Notes:

In this sentence, "choose" is the correct verb to use because it means to select or make a decision between two or more alternatives. "Chose" is the past tense of "choose," so it would not be correct to use in this context.
