Joel Brind is a professor at Baruch College, City University of New York and aanti-abortion advocate, best known for pushing thediscredited link between abortion and breast cancer. After he published a meta-analysis in 1996 which was sharply criticized,[1] he has preferred to push this link via his organization, "The Breast Cancer Prevention Institute". Also, he seems to be anIDiot, as evidenced by the presence of his name on theDiscovery Institute'sA Scientific Dissent from Darwinism list.[2]
