Download and install R packages stored in 'GitHub','GitLab', 'Bitbucket', 'Bioconductor', or plain 'subversion' or'git' repositories. This package provides the 'install_*'functions in 'devtools'. Indeed most of the code was copiedover from 'devtools'.
