Well … the van is running onsomething, the tunes keeping remarking on achingly specific details of our travels and inner thoughts, and the road is clear of other cars but nonetheless something keeps cropping up in the rearview that looks different to every person who gazes upon it.

But, that’s, uh … normal for a roadtrip. Right?

InInterstate 10 1/2, you and your friends will hit the road in a possibly-alive van, working hard to keep everything in operating shape, keep food on your plates, and not let your fellow road-tripper's fascination with the possum who has his same eyes freak you out too much.

Interstate 10 1/2 is built onHorseshoe System, a no-prep, one-page, oneshot multiplayer game full of twists and turns, powered by evocative roll tables and an ever-ticking clock. Create strange characters with fears, hopes, and bonds, establish your party's goal, their boon, and whatever threat they're facing, and then let the PCs roll their way to shocking victory or a sudden defeat.

You'll need:

• a GM and 2-5 players 
• 2-4 hours from character creation to the bloody end 
• two 6-sided dice for each player
• a way to keep track of PCs
• a way to keep track of the 5-segmented clocks
