the Handler is a new class for 5e inspired by the amazing world of Pokemon and the wonderful journeys of Pokemon trainers. as a Handler, you'll make potions for your Companions and allies, win each new day with your natural pluck and the wisdom of the road, bond with and raise magical monsters, and breathe easy knowing the power of friendship will always save the day!

this is a flavor and roleplay heavy class where you start off squishy (as kids on the road tend to be!) but grow in power and ability as you level up. the three Schools of Mastery are intended to form a balanced three person party, or work with other genre-appropriate classes and subclasses for the purposes of running a pokemon-themed campaign! rest assured, any of the subclasses will fit right in no matter your campaign setting

the Handler class PDF includes three Schools of Mastery:

The Caretaker - a wisdom based, heals and buffs half-caster

The Challenger - a ranged fighter with strong Companions

The Performer - a charisma based, charms and utility half-caster
