Satoru Sayama (born November 27, 1957) is aJapaneseprofessional wrestler andmixed martial arts promoter, best known as the originalTiger Mask. He wrestled under his real name as well as the namesSammy Lee, andmaskedSuper Tiger,Tiger King,(Shodai) Tiger Mask andThe Mask of Tiger. He is the only man to hold theWWF Junior Heavyweight Championship and theNWA World Junior Heavyweight Championship simultaneously. He is also the founder ofShooto, Seikendo andReal Japan Pro Wrestling.Bret Hart has called Sayama the "Bruce Lee of wrestling" because of his lightning speed, martial arts abilities and athleticism.
