This technology is owned by Teads France SAS, which acts as the Personal Information Business Operator in respect of the design, development, maintenance, administration, and overall operation of Teads technology and tools available thereon. 3. What type of information we have, from which sources and period of retention
Teads Japan K.K. collects the information disclosed insection 4 of the General notice which we consider as Personal Related Information under the APPI.
Personal Related Information is defined by the APPI as information related to the person which does not fall under any of the categories of personal information, pseudonymized information, or anonymized information.
Such Personal Related Information does not enable Teads Japan K.K. to identify the individual and Teads Japan K.K. does not link to other information to identify an individual and process such Personal Related Information as Personal Information.
4. The Purpose of Use of this information
Teads Japan K.K. use the Personal Related Information for the following purposes of use:

Teads Japan K.K. will endeavor to maintain accurate and up-to-date Personal Related Information in its possession to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes for which it is used.

6. Data transfer outside of Japan
We operate on a global basis. Accordingly, your Personal Related Information may be transferred and stored in countries outside Japan that are subject to different standards of data protection. We will take appropriate steps to ensure that transfers of Personal Related Information are in accordance with applicable APPI.
7. Mechanism of Opt-Out
Subject to certain exemptions, and in some cases dependent upon the processing activity we are undertaking, you have the right to request to deactivate the targeted ads (the “Opt-Out”) in relation to your Personal Related Information. For the process of request, please follow the below instruction:

- Opt-out from the environment within the application
Teads Japan K.K. obtains Personal Related Information through software development kits used by media operators or advertisers to analyze and study information related to the usage of the applications and the advertising delivered within these applications.
If you wish to Opt-out regarding the cessation of delivery of advertising to them using your Personal Related Information, you are invited to refer to the Opt-out settings by device system (Android or iOS) and version in use. Please note that if Opt-out is set on the device, targeted ads from all targeted advertising sending providers will be disabled.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request by email, we have one month to respond to you.
Subject to legal and other permissible considerations, we will make every reasonable effort to honor your request promptly or inform you if we require further information in order to fulfill your request.
We may not always be able to fully address your request, for example, if it would impact the duty of confidentiality we owe to others, or if we are legally entitled to deal with the request in a different way. 9. Changes to the Japan Privacy notice
This Japan Privacy notice is effective as of the date indicated at the top of this page. Please note that the effective date of General notice may differ.
Minor changes. We may make minor changes from time to time, that do not materially affect the way we process your information or the way you can exercise your rights. The minor changes are mainly cosmetic, such as changing the font, correcting typos, etc.
Significant changes. When significant changes are to be made, we will publish of these changes, by highlighting them on our website.
Significant changes are:
