What superpowers would be good for an average Joe like what superpowers could you actually see a normal person using if superpowers were real

How can I not, Ragna ranks monarch supreme, and I intend to get close second, us superpower community users will rise to the ranks of the hierarchy, you may rule over us in that darkness nobility, but those average joes, they be nothing but john does, a peasent or a nobody for us to command over.
Average Joe gets average powers like superstrength but good enough to be a construction worker, bodyguard, or rescue worker but not strong enough to take out an army.
Average Joe. Superspeed but not fast enough to break time or anything just fast enough to deliver a messages or have a job that does delivery but can't run on water.
Average Joe durability football player, cop,construction worker from heights and be fine.
Average Joe enhanced stamina..... many fields but it all physical jobs.
Average Joe psychic but can only function as a language translator making a psychic field around themselves and anyone within that room/bubble can communicate with each other. The highest paying job ever.
Average Joe's starting to sound a lot more like Jack of All Trades
Wouldn't the idea be the minimum of a jack of all trades is the balance of such "trades"? You mix and match, but ideally, Average Joe is never special.

No but that a good idea do you know like juan, jose, Bob, adrian and etc are all construction workers because these guys are "average joes." Which means that their powers they had could only be either superstrength, durability, or enhanced stamina but per person. Like jack might have superstrength but so does juan,, adrian might have durability but so does ... etc.
That what I mean anyone who has powers but are not good enough go be considered heroes but only good enough for their jobs would be considered an average joe.
