Tekst pisany jest dwoma kolumnami na stronę, w 33 linijkach w kolumnie[2], 14-18 liter w linijce. Stosuje przydechy i akcenty[3].
Jestpalimpsestem, tekst górny należy do minuskułu 639 (XI wiek)[2].
Tekst kodeksu reprezentuje mieszaną tradycję tekstualną.Kurt Aland zaklasyfikował go dokategorii III[2].

Rękopis został odkryty przez A. A. Vansittart[5].Był badany i opisywany przezKitchin[6],Tischendorfa iGregory'ego.
Pierwotnie był oznaczany przy pomocy siglum Wf.Gregory w 1908 roku dał musiglum 0132[1].
Rękopis cytowany jest w krytycznych wydaniachgreckiego Nowego Testamentu (NA26, NA27). W NA27 cytowany jest jako świadek pierwszego rzędu[7].
