Despite the rapid development and approval of COVID-19 vaccines, the rollout exposed severe systemic failures rooted in preexisting economic distortions and market inefficiencies. The article argues that addressing vaccine inequity requires more than improved distribution and solidarity, but effective reinvention of the global vaccine supply chain through evidence-based and meaningful market-shaping measures. A partir de uma pesquisa observacional, com amparo referencial nas teorias do habitus e do campo, em Bourdieu, baseada na técnica de flanagem, reconstruiu-se a ideia do subcampo da moda de resistência, que se apresenta como contraposição ao campo da moda dominante. Com essa moda de resistência, o jovem pirangueiro traz um elemento de auto-distinção e, ao mesmo tempo, um critério de preconceito.

- O Epicuro de Marx: considerações sobre a controvérsia ao redor da Clinamen.FranciscoLuciano TeixeiraFilho -2011 -Intuitio 4 (1):61-74.O presente trabalho teórico e bibliográfico se dedica a reconstruir o conceito de declinação espontânea do átomo em Epicuro, tal qual Marx defendeu em sua tese de doutorado. Seu objetivo é descobrir se a clinamen do átomo está presente em Epicuro e, se está, como se pode pensá-la. Percebe-se que a clinamen que aparece nos textos remanescentes de Epicuro não traz a noção de declinação espontânea, como aparece em Lucrécio e Marx, como Quartim de Moraes afirma. Entretanto, tendo como base (...) as premissas fundamentais de Epicuro, conclui-se que é necessário, ao sistematizar o seu pensamento, introduzir a noção de declinação espontânea para não reduzir sua filosofia ao determinismo e ao fatalismo. A clinamen não é um absurdo no pensamento de Epicuro, mas é uma questão fundamental que passa por toda sua filosofia e que poderia estar presente nas obras perdidas deste autor, assim como Marx pensou. Fundamentalmente, como filósofo da felicidade, Epicuro introduz a clinamen como declinação da vida infeliz. (shrink)

Tendo como paradigma a sociedade administrada, procurou-se estabelecer, a partir de Marcuse e Hegel, um caminho que demonstra como o indivíduo plasma a razão na história, o que pressupõe uma ação libertadora consciente. Todavia, em uma sociedade unidimensional, não há abertura para outras dimensões e, portanto, a razão unidimensional se torna totalitária, paralisando a história. The text seeks to show that such military ideology does not find a pretext in the history of modern political ideas. Thomas Hobbes (1588-1679), at first, and then Benjamin Constant (1767-1830), two ideologists who shaped today's understanding of the State, understand representative institutions in disagreement with any non-submission of the FFAA to Political Power. Catarina Dutilh-Novaes, por meio dessa obra, buscou defender a tese de que a dedução tem raízes dialógicas. Mais que isso, a lógica estaria ligada às práticas humanas, interações sociais, cultura e sociedade. Não estando, assim, vinculada com algum âmbito de formas platônicas, de representações da mente ou do sujeito transcendental. On the one hand, when Husserl speaks about historical a priori , he refers to the tradition – one way of stating that history of thought is continuous and follows a common spirit. It implies, at the same time, that the tradition, despite being a discourse that precedes the subject, clearly to exist depends on a discursive subject at his present activity. On other, in Foucault’s proposal, historical (...) a priori will be saw from what would make possible the appearance of multiple statements in a given era . Therefore, it is all about a history not guided by subjectivity, but by the discourse itself. This is due to his assimilation of the contemporaneous works of the Gestalt theorists, and to his original analysis of Husserl’s work, an analysis which draws its inspiration from a certain tradition that endeavors to think the concrete. We will begin with Merleau-Ponty’s definition of phenomenology and the necessity of retrieving a “lived world”, a discussion that will allow (...) us to enter into his debate with the Gestalt theorists. - Notas Sobre a Crítica de Ernesto Laclau a Antonio Negri e a Psicologia Das Multidões de Gustave le Bon.Antônio José PereiraFilho -2019 -Prometeus: Filosofia em Revista 11 (30).Tomando como ponto de partida a noção de “psicologia das multidões”, desenvolvida inicialmente por Gustave Le Bon (1841-1931), este trabalho procura refletir, num sentido amplo, sobre a dinâmica entre a política e as relações intersubjetivas, afetivas e imaginárias da vida coletiva. Além disso, buscamos estabelecer o confronto entre dois filósofos pós-marxistas contemporâneos, Antonio Negri e Ernesto Laclau, os quais, afastando-se da perspectiva de Le Bon, fazem leituras distintas das noções de povo, massa e multidão, propondo, cada qual a seu modo, (...) estratégias diferentes de atuação política, sem desconsiderar a dinâmica dos afetos que estruturam a vida social e política na atual fase do capitalismo. - We, the Solicitors of the People: Judicialization of Politics and Democratic Representation in XXIst. centurys Argentina.Luciano Nosetto -2018 -Estudios de Filosofía Práctica E Historia de Las Ideas 20 (1):1-24.La judicialización de la política argentina abre un hiato entre el creciente activismo en materia política desarrollado por los tribunales de justicia y la tradicional legitimidad atribuida al judicial en tanto que poder conservador de la constitución. Este déficit de legitimidad del poder judicial ha intentado subsanarse mediante el recurso a instancias participativas, inspiradas en el modelo de la democracia deliberativa. Esto ha dado lugar a una serie de innovaciones institucionales en la corte suprema argentina, como la admisión de amigos (...) del tribunal y la celebración de audiencias públicas. La evaluación de estas experiencias permite, sin embargo, identificar una concepción de la participación ciudadana que apunta a la intervención de especialistas y que privilegia la intermediación de abogados y juristas. The judicialization of Argentine politics opens a gap between the activism in political matters developed by the judges and the legitimacy traditionally attributed to the judiciary, as the power in charge of the conservation of the constitution. Recent efforts to supersede this deficit in terms of legitimacy pointed to participatory processes, inspired by the model of deliberative democracy. In this sense, the Argentine supreme court has developed a series of institutional innovations, such as the admission of amici curiae and the holding of public hearings. The evaluation of these experiences allows nonetheless to identify an underlying conception of citizen participation focused on the intervention of specialists and the intermediation of lawyers and legal scholars. - O Canal do ODEERE no Youtube: atividades durante e após a pandemia de COVID-19.Natalino PerovanoFilho -2024 -Odeere 9 (2):152-165.O advento da pandemia de COVID-19 alterou drasticamente a forma como vivemos e interagimos, impactando especialmente as atividades de educação, dentre elas as ações de extensão. O ODEERE – Órgão de Educação e Relações Étnicas da Universidade Estadual do Sudoeste da Bahia (UESB), desenvolve ações de ensino, pesquisa e extensão. Dentre as ações de extensão, um evento tem destaque, por acontecer desde a fundação do ODEERE em 2005, trata-se da Semana de Educação da Pertença Afro-Brasileira, no período de 16 a (...) 20 de novembro. Este evento ocorria de forma presencial até a pandemia, diante dela, a Equipe do ODEERE buscou verificar como poderia realizar esta atividade, para que não houvesse interrupção. Diante disso, surgiu a necessidade de verificação das técnicas e métodos necessários para que a realização acontecesse de forma virtual. Este artigo visa tratar sobre o desenvolvimento deste Canal no Youtube e da realização do evento nos anos de 2020 e 2021. - O conceito de material didático como aula na ead.José Matias dos SantosFilho -2022 -Desleituras Literatura Filosofia Cinema e outras artes 9.A partir do Decreto n.º 5.622, publicado no D.O.U. de 20/12/2005, inicia-se o processo histórico de consolidação da Educação a Distância no Brasil a nível superior, ocorrendo mudanças Legislação educacional e novas diretrizes para a avaliação da qualidade da educação, sendo o item material didático um indicador de extrema importância a ser avaliado. Diante deste contexto abordamos os elementos que fundamentam o conceito de material didático como aula na Educação a Distância - EAD a partir dos processos educativos, organização curricular (...) e cumprimento da carga horária definida pelas diretrizes curriculares de curso. Pela pesquisa bibliográfica e documental, exploratória e descritiva, a partir da experiência de ensino em quatro Instituições de Ensino Superior - IES presentes no cenário nacional, foi possível descrever os procedimentos que envolvem o desenvolvimento do material didático, a organização de conteúdo e a rotina de estudos de acordo com a carga horária necessária à integralização de cursos, estruturando-se assim, o conceito de material didático como aula na EAD.
