Naza Eastern Motors has launched a new variant of theSuzuki Jimny 3-Door called the Arctic, which is priced atRM167,900 on-the-road without insurance. Revealed during the third edition of the Jimny Lifestyle Drive, the Arctic comes with a range of exterior and interior upgrades for a more stylish look. For a limited time, an early bird promotion sees the Jimny Arctic be available with a rebate of up to RM7,000.
On the outside, these include door visors, a three-panel glass tint, an exclusive Arctic-themed soft tyre cover as well as black mud flaps. Compared to a normal Jimny, the Arctic also gets a Pearl White finish for its grille, front and rear bumpers, rocker panels and wheel arches to complement the body colour.
As for the interior, you’ll find a thick trim surround for the infotainment system, plush floor mats and the seats come in a two-tone colour scheme with Nappa leather upholstery. Beyond these enhancements, the rest of the Arctic is the same, including the powertrain.
A K15B 1.5 litre VVT naturally-aspirated four-cylinder petrol engine provides 100 hp at 6,000 rpm and 130 Nm of torque at 4,000 rpm, mated to a four-speed automatic gearbox and a part-time four-wheel drive system with a low-range transfer box.
In addition to Jimny Arctic, Naza Eastern Motors also added two new colour options for the Jimny 3-Door, namely Pearl White and Chiffon (pictured in the gallery below).
“The unveiling of the Jimny Arctic at this year’s Jimny Lifestyle Drive marks a significant milestone for Suzuki Cars Malaysia, as we bring this exciting, limited-edition model to our community in Malaysia. This third edition lifestyle drive convoy offered the perfect setting for Jimny owners and off-road enthusiasts to be the first to experience the unique features of the Jimny Arctic, deepening their connection with the Suzuki brand and their shared love for adventure,” said Mohamad Irwan Shahril, COO of Naza Eastern Motors.

So the “Arctic-themed soft tyre cover” is just a plain black tyre cover. Why even bother?
Artic or saharan or Antartic..no one give a blardy damn.
At 170 K,one can be buying a BYD M6,plus an Axia with some spare cash for kaokao accessories.
This outdated Suzuki (I have driven b4) is just an upgrade.
If really one desires a 4 wheel drive, there r plenty of alternatives.
Anyone who have tasted Naza before, will think not twice…but thrice.
Honestly, it look like shit though when compare to all the current China made cars launching in Malaysia. Suzuki look like some 3rd world TATA car nowadays.
An under power engine paired with some metals selling at 160k++. This is an entry level SUV with simple features and design for special interest buyers…
The main reasons Jimny is so popular are its mini G‐wagen looks and offroad ability. But for 170k, might as well get a Hilux GRS or Ranger Wildtrak.
people buy this car only for the looks. its same for the benz G-wagon. they buy not for off-roading.
