Abstract

Provided herein are methods for modifying the genomic structure of a soybean plant cell. The method comprises introducing a targeted endonuclease into a soybean plant cell and introducing at least two double-strand breaks (DSBs) into chromosome(s) of the soybean plant cell. The DSBs cause translocation of at least one locus of interest. Also provided herein are modified soybean plants comprising modified chromosome(s).
