A SYSTEM AND A METHOD FOR REPORTING USAGE OF PROHIBITED
SUBSTANCE
TECHNICAL FIELD
The invention is related to a system and a method that enable reporting the usage of prohibited substance.
The invention is particularly related to an application system and a method in order to cause the offenders and people wanted by law to be punished in regions where cigarette, electronic cigarette, narcotics, alcohol, prohibited pleasure giving substances are prohibited; providing the people within the environment gaining reward and money in relation with their denouncement, by means of sending these people using said application system within a predetermined distance, a notification after a video or photo is taken for making live broadcast, and thus providing photos to be taken in order to punish the offenders, security forces’ bursting on the scene.
STATE OF THE ART
It is aimed to decrease the crime ratios in all societies today. When a violation is experienced in the society, mostly people do not know how to react to this situation. Although there are applications which take photographs of the traffic violations or transmits thereof to the required authorities or applications used by the traffic polices which take photograph and issue traffic fines, there is no such an application within the present state of the art in which denouncement is made by means of sharing face recognition-name and surname and location information from social media accounts of the person by means of taking photo or video of the person who smokes, cells cigarette in the prohibited areas or who is previously convicted and sought by the police, same denouncement is made by a plurality of people after notifications are send instantly to the people using this application, people gain money from these denouncements and a plurality of evidences are gathered and security forces burst on the scene.
In the present state of the art, there is a Green detector application used by the Green Crescent Society. However, in general this Green Detector application is a mobile application which aims to decrease the violations of the enterprises and customers in terms of usage of tobacco products in closed areas in Turkey. The Green Detector executed in the year 2008 is developed for providing respect to the prohibition of usage of tobacco products in closed areas, protecting rights of our citizens who do not use tobacco products by means of creating awareness in the society against the violations and raising awareness of consciousness in relation with their legal rights. However this application is an application which only aims to decrease the violations of the enterprises and customers using tobacco products in closed areas. In the present state of the art, the document No TR 2014/10222 discloses social networking platform in relation with a denouncement method performed by means of a mobile application which is downloaded to the mobile phones, allowing for denouncing the illegal conditions against law. However in this method, only notification is send to the government agency, no information is provided to the other users. Creating a social pressure on the infringer by means of informing the other users is very important.
As a result in the applications and methods providing denouncement, improvements are made, for this reason new structures which will eliminate the above mentioned disadvantages and will bring solution to the current applications are required.
AIM OF THE INVENTION The present invention is related to an application system and method for reporting prohibited substances which fulfills the abovementioned requirements, eliminates all disadvantages and brings some additional advantages.
The main aim of the invention is to decrease the usage of prohibited substance by means of denouncement and to increase the safety of the society. There are advantages such as denouncement is made by means of sharing face recognition- name and surname and location information from social media accounts of the person by means of taking photo or video of the person who smokes, cells cigarette in the prohibited areas or who is previously convicted and sought by the police, same denouncement is made by a plurality of people after notifications are send instantly to the people using this application, people gain money from these denouncements and a plurality of evidences are gathered. Also since the denouncement of the offender will be made by a plurality of persons, the penalty will increase incrementally in relation with the number of denouncements, thus this will be a deterrent factor. The personal information of the offenders that commit crime or violate rules, whose face recognitions are made, will not definitely be shared with the users of the application. If the face recognition registry of the offender is found, the color of the display of the device where the application is used, will be different, if the register of the offender is not available, the application warns the nearest police station and enables their burst on the scene. By means of this application the offenders who are escapee within the country and the people who use the prohibited products in the public will be brought to justice.
Another aim of the invention is to punish the people who violate the rules instead of the enterprises. In the enterprises, although the owners of the enterprises make warnings in relation with no smoking, some customers keep smoking cigarettes. By means of this application, the people who violate the rules are punished, not the enterprises. The members who download the application will be directed to the relevant coordinates by means of the navigation, when they approach to the scene, on the display there will be an arrow or a target showing the target person.
The invention, in order to fulfill the abovementioned aims, to enable denouncement of usage of prohibited substance, is a system working on a mobile device comprising the following, · a login screen which enables entering user’s name and password information for entry when the application is opened,
• an account tab which enables saving the credit card or account number in order to win a reward as a result of the denouncements made, also comprising,
• a camera tab which is connected to the camera of the mobile device, enables saving the denouncements to be made,
• a denouncement tab which enables sending video, live broadcast or photograph saved by means of said camera tab to the relevant security authority,
• a location tab which is connected to the location function of the mobile device, enables sending the location information where the event subject to violation occurs, to the security unit and other users.
Also the invention, in order to fulfill the abovementioned aims, is a method for denouncing the usage of prohibited substance, comprising the following process steps;
• saving the condition that will be denounced by means of the camera tab, after information as the user’s name, password, account number to which the reward fees will be sent as a result of the denouncements made are entered,
• reaching name and surname information of the person who is denounced from the social media accounts by means of face recognition if available,
• sending the video, live broadcast or photograph which are saved by the denouncement tab and information as name and surname of the person who is denounced if available to the security unit without showing thereof to the user,
• transmitting the denouncement to the other users by means of the location tab,
• starting navigation of the mobile device for the other users who want to go to the place of denouncement.
The structural and characteristic features of the present invention will be understood clearly by the following drawings and the detailed description made with reference to these drawings and therefore the evaluation shall be made by taking these figures and the detailed description into consideration. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The invention with its representative block view in Figure 1 , by means of running on a mobile device, in order to enable denouncement of usage of prohibited substance, is an application which comprises, a login screen (1) which enables entering user’s name and password information for entry when the application is opened and an account tab (2) which enables saving the credit card or account number in order to win a reward as a result of the denouncements. Said application comprises a camera tab (3) which is connected to the camera of the mobile device, enables saving the denouncements to be made, a denouncement tab (4) which enables sending video, live broadcast or photograph saved by means of said camera tab (3) to the relevant security authority and a location tab (5) which is connected to the location function of the mobile device, enables sending the location information where the event subject to violation occurs, to the security unit and other users.
Said application can be downloaded on any kind of mobile devices which can be able to take picture such as smart phone, smart glasses, smart lenses, safety cameras and data exchange can be made. The characteristic which will enable using said application is that it gives reward to the users for each denouncement. In order to login the application, user name and password information is entered through the login screen (1). As a result of the denouncements made, in order to receive the reward, credit card information or bank account information is entered into the account tab (2). The photograph violation is taken by means of the camera opened through the camera tab (3), and these violations are sent to the relevant units by means of the denouncement tab (4). The location of the place where the denouncement is made is defined automatically by means of its location feature (the location feature is always active within the environment with internet access) and the location of the denouncement area is shared with all users nearby by means of the location tab (5).
The application method which enables denouncing the offenders consists of the following process steps;
• saving the condition that will be denounced by means of the camera tab (3), after information as the user’s name, password, account number to which the reward fees will be sent as a result of the denouncements made are entered,
• reaching name and surname information of the person who is denounced from the social media accounts by means of face recognition if available,
• sending the video, live broadcast or photograph which are saved by the denouncement tab (4) and information as name and surname of the person who is denounced if available to the security unit without showing thereof to the user,
• transmitting the denouncement to the other users by means of the location tab
(5),
• starting navigation of the mobile device for the other users who want to go to the place of denouncement.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the denouncement is transmitted to all users within 2 km by means of the location tab (5).
In the invention, face recognition of the offender will be made over the recorder video, live broadcast or photograph and name and surname information of the offender is accessed through the social media accounts if available. However accessed name and social media accounts will be transmitted directly to the security units without showing thereof to the user by means of the denouncement tab (4). If the face recognition registry of the offender is found, the color of the display of the device where the application is used will be different from its standard color.
For the other users who want to make denouncement, when the message comes, description of the relevant coordinates by means of the navigation will be initiated, when they approach to the scene, there will be an arrow or a target showing the target person.
Thanks to the invention, since the denouncement of the offender will be made by a plurality of persons, the penalty will increase incrementally in relation with the number of denouncements, thus this will be a deterrent factor. By means of this application, the offenders who are escapee within the country and the people who use the prohibited products in the public will be brought to justice. Particularly, the system will be very beneficial for preventing sales and usage of the narcotics which becomes a great problem in the society. It will be easy to determine immediately the people who sell and use narcotics in the public domain. Normally when such a situation is experienced, responsible citizens that do not know what to do, will easily perform their civic responsibility by means of the invention and thus they will earn money in this manner.
Together with the invention people who use or sell cigarette, alcohol, narcotics in areas open to public or in prohibited areas can be reported.
In said application and method, preferably all users are notified within 2 km area.
