Abstract

The regulator is an electric, fully automated system, with the option of mounting on any faucet or installation to a common water network and with the possibility of remote control and monitoring of fluid flow information. The regulator consists of two solenoid valves, one regulator for cold water flow control and the other for hot water flow control. Both controllers are connected to an electric flow meter to monitor fluid flow. Controller with meter is further connected with control unit with Wi-Fi adapter.

Description

Regulator, especially for faucets
Technical field
The technical solution concerns the regulator especially for faucets, which is used for monitoring and correction of liquid flow with the possibility of connection via wireless networks with mobile devices.
Background of the invention
At present there are many faucets supplemented with various systems for controlling liquid flow or its temperature, either electrical or mechanical. There are also systems with the possibility of pre-setting the temperature or the flow of liquid, or systems for the aeration of the liquid and thus the optical flow increase.
A faucet with a remote control solves, for example, utility model no. 13788, but here it is a mechanical control system.
The disadvantage of all current solutions is, above all, that they do not fully control the flow rate and / or control the water temperature from a remote location.
Disclosure of the invention
The above-mentioned drawbacks are greatly reduced by this technical solution, where the controller is an electrical, fully automated system, it can be mounted on any faucet or installed on a normal water supply network, and can remotely control and monitor fluid flow information.
The regulator consists of two solenoid valves, one regulator for cold water flow control and the other for hot water flow control. Both controllers are connected to an electrical flow meter to monitor fluid flow.
Controller with meter is further connected with control unit with Wi-Fi adapter.
The Wi-Fi adapter installed in the control unit ensures wireless connection of the controller to the mobile platform in which the program in the form of a mobile application is installed.
The controller can be equipped with two two-pole switches, connected separately to the control unit, where each switch controls the opening and closing of only one valve at a time.
The controller is further equipped with one deactivation switch, which is also connected to the control unit and is designed to deactivate the automatic control of solenoid valves controlled by the mobile platform program.
The control unit is further equipped with connectivity for electrical power supply of the device. In the case of installation of the controller to normal water supply network it is possible to enter the information about the charge for consumption of liquid in the locality into the mobile platform program.
Clarification of the drawing
The technical solution will be explained in more detail by means of the drawing, where in Fig. 1 there is a schematic representation of the controller assembly and interconnection of individual components.
Modes for carrying out the invention
The regulator consists of two solenoid valves, where the hot water valve Hs designed to control the hot water flow and the cold water valve 2_is designed to control the cold water flow. Each valve i, 2_is connected to an electric flow meter 3_for monitoring the fluid flow.
Valve I, 2_with the meters 3_is further connected to the control unit 8_and with the WiFi adapter 9_.
The Wi-Fi adapter 9_installed in the control unit 8_provides wireless connection of the controller to the mobile platform in which the program in the form of a mobile application is installed.
The regulator can be equipped with two double position switches 5, ([connected separately to the control unit, when each switch 5, ([controls the opening and closing of only one valve l_or 2 at a time.
The controller is further provided with one deactivation switch 7, which is also connected to the control unit 8_and is intended to deactivate the automatic control of the solenoid valves J_and 2, controlled by the mobile platform program.
The control unit 8_is provided with terminals 10 for connecting the power supply for supplying the entire controller.
Industrial applicability
This technical solution can be used for water measurement and water control.
