中国移动网络下的终端在使用internet数据业务时需要使用APN“cmnet”建立EPS承载,在使用彩信业务时需要使用APN“mms”建立EPS承载,而在使用VoLTE业务时需要使用APN“ims”建立EPS承载。一些业务要求实现“一直在线”功能,也就是终端开机后就立即建立PDN连接EPS承载,比如目前中国移动支持VoLTE的终端开机后就要建立APN“cmnet”和APN“ims”的EPS承载。后续随着业务的增加,要求“一直在线”功能的业务可能越来越多,也就是开机后要求立即建立的PDN连接EPS承载也会越来越多,比如APN“rcs”、APN“xcap”等的EPS承载都有可能在开机后立即建立。中国移动支持VoLTE的终端开机后会先建立APN“cmnet”的EPS承载,然后再建立APN“ims”的EPS承载,这是两个独立的过程,需要使用两次PDN连接建立信令流程。如果终端开机后需要进行更多的业务就需要建立更多的PDN连接EPS承载,也就需要多次执行PDN连接建立信令流程。When using the internet data service, the terminal in the China Mobile network needs to use the APN "cmnet" to establish the EPS bearer.
