This application is related to U.S. patent application Ser. No. 16/283,426, entitled “CONTROLLING AN ELECTRONIC GAMING MACHINE TO PROVIDE A “PRIZE ON” SYMBOL TRIGGER,” to U.S. patent application Ser. The appearance of the transitional image sequentially transitions between the images shown inFIG. 1-5. The process or period in which one image transitions to another image forms no part of the claimed design.

The dashed broken line in the perimeter of the drawings illustrates a display screen or portion thereof and forms no part of the claimed design. The remaining broken lines illustrate portions of the graphical user interface and form no part of the claimed design.

CLAIM
1. We claim the ornamental design for a display screen or a portion thereof with transitional graphical user interface, as shown and described.

Images
