FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof; and,
FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof.
The cross-hatching in FIGS. 1,4,5 and 6 represents screening and is understood to extend through out the areas represented.

- The ornamental design for an apparatus for removing smoke and liquid from a surgical site in a hospital operating room, as shown and described.
