The current application is directed to a medical implant for use in soft tissue grafting. The medical implant comprises a threaded screw and a cap with a threaded screw-receiving hole, as shown in the exploded views of the first embodiment inFIGS.8 and9, and in the exploded views of the second embodiment inFIGS.17 and18. The claim is directed to the collective appearance of the cap and the screw.
