Abstract

Described herein is an aerosol generating assembly comprising an aerosol generating substrate and a heater which is configured to heat but not burn the aerosol generating material. The aerosol generating substrate comprises an aerosol generating material, the aerosol generating material comprising an amorphous solid. The amorphous solid comprises 1-60 wt % of a gelling agent, 0.1-50 wt % of an aerosol generating agent, and 0.1-80 wt % of a flavor, wherein these weights are calculated on a dry weight basis.
