BACKGROUNDField of the Invention
• The present invention is related with the field of exercise and workout. More particularly, the invention relates to and pertains particularly to an improved multi diverse compound exercising device comprising a bar with wheels on the (outer ends) with handles (hand grips) are disposed on the inside bar between two wheels and are alongside the hand grips and can utilize variable level of resistant bands.
Description of the Related Art
• The health benefits of physical exercise are widely known. Exercise equipment varies greatly in many ways. Types of exercise equipment are generally described as cardiovascular or resistance type equipment. Cardiovascular equipment includes devices such as treadmills, exercise bikes, elliptical machines and other similar equipment. Resistance equipment includes devices such as weight machines (Nautilus®, Cybex®, Universal®, etc.), weight benches, free weights (dumbbells and barbells) and other similar equipment. The problem posed by this equipment is that it can be very expensive and require a large space for storage. Also most of this equipment lacks versatility. Many of these machines perform only one type of exercise and only concentrate on one part of the body. Home exercise devices have tried to minimize cost and size of the home equipment. However, much of this home equipment still lacks versatility. Many home devices only perform one type of exercise (cardiovascular or resistance) or only work on one body part (arms, legs, abdominals, etc). Also much of this home equipment lacks the ability to adjust the resistance of the exercises.
• Some of the simplest home devices are push-up bars. Unfortunately, push-up bars perform a very limited type of exercises and work on very few muscle groups. Gliding exercise devices perform more exercises but are still limited in the types of exercises and body parts exercised. In addition, resistance cannot be adjusted using these devices. Devices of this nature that use either a push-up bar and/or gliding device have been shown in the following patents and publications.

• Many of these devices use a gliding exercise regimen, generally lack versatility. One example is shown in U.S. Pat. No. 8,382,645. It uses a gliding device but does not incorporate handles. While U.S. Pub. 20110071008 incorporates handles with its gliding device it lacks the ability to adapt the gliding undersurface to different floor types. It also lacks diversity other than use in gliding exercises, U.S. Pub. 20110230313 is a gliding device that incorporates a handle and alternate gliding surfaces. This device also lacks the ability to perform exercises other than push-ups or gliding exercises. In addition the method of alternating the gliding undersurface with “hooks, snaps or magnets” is difficult and unstable.
• Other prior art such as U.S. Pub. 20040266593 and 20060035771 use swivel push-up handles. These devices do not glide and only perform push-up exercises.
• Patents such as U.S. Pat. Nos. 1,422,888 and 7,731,640 illustrate adjustable kettle bell devices. These devices can adjust the weight/resistance used but they only perform one type of exercise.
• U.S. Pub. 20120295775 combines a dumbbell exerciser and a gliding exerciser. It utilizes rollers built into the dumbbell weights used. The drawback of this device is that the rollers only provide two directional motions (forward and backward) as opposed to a multidirectional gliding surface. In addition, custom weight plates are needed as opposed to standard weights.
• There are multiple solutions that have been presented in prior art in regarding efficient exercise equipment which aim on a particular or multiple body parts. However, the utility of these systems has not been seen in advance form and for the above discussed needs.
• The current invention proposes a unique design which features a standalone way of supporting, collating, handling, facilitating, and directing users while doing exercise. This revolutionary approach marks a major step toward the goal of creating an equipment which is suitable for every user. It presents variable levels of resistant bands which are attached to opposite end of device, to increase the amount of stress of muscles for progression.
• None of the inventions provide a system where the users have the option to a multi diverse compound exercising device comprising a bar with wheels on the (outer ends) with handles (hand grips) are disposed on the inside bar between two wheels and are alongside the hand grips. It also has resistant bands at both ends to provide resistance training to user.
• None of the previous inventions and patents, taken either singly or in combination, is seen to describe the instant invention as claimed. Hence, the inventor of the present invention proposes to resolve and surmount existent technical difficulties to eliminate the aforementioned shortcomings of prior art.
SUMMARY
• In light of the disadvantages of the prior art, the following summary is provided to facilitate an understanding of some of the innovative features unique to the present invention and is not intended to be a full description. A full appreciation of the various aspects of the invention can be gained by taking the entire specification, claims, drawings, and abstract as a whole.
• The primary object of the invention is related to an advancement in offering an exercise apparatus that targets on multiple muscles of body thus maintaining over all physical health and fitness.
• It is further the objective of the invention to provide a Bar which is constructed of high-grade steel with foam for a secure and pain-free grip.
• It is moreover the objective of the invention to provide two wheeled handles disposed on the external (outside) of bar with hand grips rigidly attached between both wheels located or attached to the ends of the bar. The two wheeled ends are rotatable so that when the user grips the bar (with Hand Grips) the user may roll the device while utilizing different exercise positions.
• It is also the objective of the invention to provide variable level of resistant bands for varying level of stress for complete body fitness. The structure of exercise equipment makes it suitable for every body part.
• It is further an aspect of an example embodiment in the present disclosure to provide a multi-level fitness device allowing the user to perform multiple exercises with a single exercising device.
• It is further object of invention to provide a push up bar device which enables an array of hand gripping positions by a user for performing modified fitness exercises, especially for allowing a variety of methods that targets the arm (biceps, triceps, forearm), chest muscles (pectoris), Shoulders (traps), Back (Anterior deltoids).
• It is further the objective of the invention to provide an aesthetically pleasing push up bar which can be placed anywhere without effecting the interior.
• It is the further objective of the present invention to provide a simplicity of its design.
• It is also the objective of the invention to provide portability. Being detachable and light-in-weight enables a user to take it on business trips, vacations, and the like so that an exercise schedule is not interrupted by such trips.

• Detailed descriptions of the preferred embodiment are provided herein. It is to be understood, however, that the present invention may be embodied in various forms. Therefore, specific details disclosed herein are not to be interpreted as limiting, but rather as a basis for the claims and as a representative basis for teaching one skilled in the art to employ the present invention in virtually any appropriately detailed system, structure or manner.
• Home exercise is becoming increasingly more popular. Home exercise offers the health benefits of regular exercise while recognizing that many people have difficulty in finding sufficient time in their schedule for a full workout at a health club or gymnasium. An exerciser may exercise at home whenever the exerciser's schedule permits. This flexibility in scheduling often allows for a more consistent and thus healthful exercise regime.
• Home exercise, however, has its drawbacks. In particular, in order to exercise all or most of the muscle groups, multiple pieces of home exercise equipment may be required. Furthermore, these multiple pieces of equipment may require permanent installation in the exerciser's home.
• Permanent or not, many popular pieces of home exercise equipment occupy a great deal of space. This makes the use of this equipment impractical in homes or apartments which do not have the required extra space. Furthermore, non-permanent pieces of equipment are often difficult to disassemble and may require much storage space even when disassembled. A user must then often choose between an exercise device providing a complete exercise regime and a device which fits the exerciser's home space.
• There is, thus, a need for exercise equipment which provides exercising for all or most of the muscle groups.
• The current invention is an exercise equipment which in its preferred embodiment is a simple device which is economical and simple device and has been devised to allow multiple types of exercises intentionally targeting major muscle groups while maintaining tension on smaller muscle groups improving overall progress. This device has the ability to intentionally work desired multiple muscle groups (including small muscle fibers) that a typical user will not normally target during a basic workout. Most workout devices are built to target the larger muscles an unintentionally target smaller muscles in the process When targeting a muscle group during a normal workout regimen small muscles often get overlooked. Typically, in a pushup normally targets the chest and triceps (which are the bigger muscles) in which these larger muscles over look the smaller muscle groups that contribute to overall strength physique. There are athletes that understand how to work major muscle groups but lack overall knowledge. But there is also a lack of affordable exercise equipment that focus on strength and conditioning of small muscle fibers.
• The invention in its preferred embodiment consists of a frame which is developed from high-grade steel with a secure and pain-free grip. The invention discloses an exercise apparatus that enables various push up-up exercises. It also presents different levels of resistant bands which are attached to opposite end of device, to increase the amount of stress of muscles for progression.
• The invention consists of a frame where a tubular rod (A) where it is connected at both ends with a wheel (B), (C). The tubular rod (A) has a width of 4 ft ½ inches. This allows to maintain the position while doing various exercises.
• In the further embodiment of the present invention the exercise apparatus used for doing push ups. The apparatus is a portable apparatus and can be carried to any place by just attaching the detachable wheels and then can be installed with a sturdy arrangement. The handles for grip can be attached or detached as per user requirement for its easy portability and less space consumption.
• While a specific embodiment has been shown and described, many variations are possible. With time, additional features may be employed. The particular shape or configuration of the platform or the interior configuration may be changed to suit the system or equipment with which it is used.
• Having described the invention in detail, those skilled in the art will appreciate that modifications may be made to the invention without departing from its spirit. 1. I: The present invention is a push-up bar targeting various body muscles comprising of:

   an elongated straight bar extending horizontally from one end to another end;

   two wheels present on each side of bar;

   pair of hand grips;
2. II: A push up bar apparatus according to claim I is an exercise apparatus that enables various exercises targeting body muscles and is constructed of high-grade steel with hand grip for a secure and pain-free grip.
