Abstract

A medical-image processing apparatus and a medical-image diagnostic apparatus according to an embodiment include an acquisition unit, a generation unit, an identification unit, and a display control unit. The acquisition unit acquires a medical image containing a blood vessel collected by the medical-image diagnostic apparatus. The generation unit generates an anatomical structure model based on the medical image acquired by the acquisition unit. The identification unit identifies a position, on the medical image, of an index relating to blood flow analyzed through fluid analysis using the anatomical structure model. The display control unit displays the position of the index on the medical image, and also displays the index associated with the position of the index on the medical image.

Description

Claims (7)

What is claimed is:
1. A medical-image processing apparatus comprising:
an acquisition unit that acquires a medical image containing a blood vessel collected by a medical-image diagnostic apparatus;
a generation unit that generates an anatomical structure model based on the medical image acquired by the acquisition unit;
an identification unit that identifies a position, on the medical image, of an index relating to blood flow that is analyzed through fluid analysis using the anatomical structure model; and
a display control unit that displays the position of the index on the medical image, and also display the index associated with the position of the index on the medical image.
2. The medical-image processing apparatus according toclaim 1, wherein
the identification unit identifies a position of the index on an analysis image that is generated based on the medical image, and
the display control unit displays the position on the analysis image, and also causes a display unit to display the index associated with the position.
3. The medical-image processing apparatus according toclaim 1, wherein
the identification unit aligns the medical image with a different type of medical image containing the blood vessel collected by a medical-image diagnostic apparatus that is different in type from the medical-image diagnostic apparatus, thereby identifying a position of the index on the different type of medical image, and
the display control unit displays the position on the different type of medical image, and also displays the index associated with the position on a display unit.
4. The medical-image processing apparatus according toclaim 3, wherein
the identification unit identifies a position of the index on an analysis image that is generated based on the different type of medical image, and
the display control unit displays the position on the analysis image, and also displays the index associated with the position on the display unit.
5. The medical-image processing apparatus according toclaim 1, further comprising an analysis unit that analyzes the index relating to blood flow in the blood vessel based on fluid analysis using the anatomical structure model, wherein
the identification unit identifies a position of the index analyzed by the analysis unit on the medical image.
6. The medical-image processing apparatus according toclaim 2, wherein
the display control unit displays evaluation information that is derived from the index relating to blood flow and an analysis result obtained by analyzing the analysis image, in association with the position of the index on the analysis image.
7. A medical-image diagnostic apparatus comprising:
a medical-image collection unit configured to collect a medical image;
an acquisition unit that acquires a medical image containing a blood vessel collected by the medical-image collection unit;
a generation unit that generates an anatomical structure model based on the medical image acquired by the acquisition unit;
an identification unit that identifies a position, on the medical image, of an index relating to blood flow that is analyzed through fluid analysis using the anatomical structure model; and
a display control unit that displays the position of the index on the medical image, and also display the index associated with the position of the index on the medical image.
