FIELD OF THE INVENTIONThe present invention relates to the field of electrical heating products technology, and more particularly, relates to an electronic cigarette.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTIONBecause domestic publicity of anti-smoking and the people's awareness of health are enhanced, electronic cigarettes, which serve as the substitute of traditional tobacco, have been more and more widely used. An existing electronic cigarette generally comprises a cigarette rod and a cigarette holder fixed together. The cigarette rod includes a battery received therein, the cigarette holder includes an atomization device received therein, and the atomization device is electrically connected to the cigarette rod. The cigarette holder further includes an oil cup received therein for accommodating tobacco juice. When a user starts to smoke via the cigarette holder, the tobacco juice flows into the atomization device slowly, and an atomization wire of the atomizer absorbs the tobacco juice. A control circuit board detects electric current and controls a heating device positioned adjacent to the atomization wire to atomize the tobacco juice and generate smoke, and the smoke flows through a suction nozzle cover and is inhaled by the user.
In the prior art, an end of the suction nozzle cover of the electronic cigarette is a flat surface. When the suction nozzle cover is pressed or squeezed by an external force, there is a hidden danger that the suction nozzle cover may drop, and it is inconvenience to users.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONThe object of the present invention aims at the drawbacks that the end of the suction nozzle cover of the existing electronic cigarette is a flat surface, and that the suction nozzle cover may drop when the suction nozzle cover is pressed or squeezed by an external force, and provides an electronic cigarette, wherein the suction nozzle cover of the electronic cigarette recesses inward to form a concave, the tendency of motion of the suction nozzle cover is changed when the suction nozzle cover is pressed or squeezed by an external force, and the suction nozzle cover is prevented from falling off.
The technical solutions of the present invention for solving the technical problems are as follows:
An electronic cigarette is provided, which comprises a suction nozzle cover, wherein, a surface of the suction nozzle cover corresponding to a mouth cavity of a user of the electronic cigarette is concave.

Advantageously, the suction nozzle cover includes a hollow body, a first end and a second end, the second end recesses inward to form the concave, and the second end defines at least one suction inlet therein; when the suction nozzle cover is pressed or squeezed by a radial external force, an inward force along the axis of the second end is greater than an outward force along the axis of the second end.
Advantageously, the electronic cigarette further comprises an outer sleeve, the body is sleeved inside the outer sleeve, and the first end is mounted on the outer sleeve.
Advantageously, the trapezoid groove is an isosceles trapezoid groove.
Advantageously, an angle formed by a side edge of the isosceles trapezoid groove and a center axis of the outer sleeve is 10°˜40°.
Advantageously, a vertical distance from an intersection between the second end and a center axis of the body to the first end is 0.3 cm˜1 cm.
Advantageously, the suction inlet includes a pierced hole defined in the second end and a through hole axially extending from the edge of the pierced hole to the body.
Advantageously, an inner diameter of the through hole is equal to an inner diameter of the pierced hole.
Advantageously, the first end, the body, the second end and the through hole are integrally formed.
Advantageously, a lateral wall of the body forms a protruding buckle, an inner wall of the outer sleeve corresponding to the buckle forms a card slot, and the buckle is buckled with the card slot.
Advantageously, a lateral wall of the body forms a card slot, an inner wall of the outer sleeve corresponding to the card slot forms a protruding buckle, and the buckle is buckled with the card slot.
When implementing the electronic cigarette of the present invention, the following advantageous effects can be achieved: since the second end recesses inward to form the concave, when the two sides of the suction nozzle cover are pressed and/or squeezed by the radial force, the inward force along the axis of the second end is greater than the outward force along the axis of the second end, and the suction nozzle cover generates a tendency of motion inward the body, thereby preventing the suction nozzle cover from falling off from the electronic cigarette; furthermore, a user will feel more flexible when using the electronic cigarette with that structure, and the user's experience is improved; moreover, it can avoid the user sucking the tobacco oil when a little tobacco oil flows from the suction inlet.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTTo make the technical feature, objective and effect of the present invention be understood more clearly, now the specific implementation of the present invention is described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments.
As shown inFIG. 1, a state when a suction nozzle cover of a typical electronic cigarette is pressed and/or squeezed by an external force is illustrated. Because an end of the existing suction nozzle cover is a flat surface, when the two outer sides of the suction nozzle cover are pressed and/or squeezed by an radial force and the radial force is perpendicular to the outer sleeve of the typical electronic cigarette, the suction nozzle generates an outward tendency of motion along the axial direction (i.e., the direction of escaping from the outer sleeve), then the suction nozzle may fall off from the electronic cigarette, resulting in that the electronic cigarette cannot be sucked by a user, and the user's experience may be adversely affected.
As shown inFIG. 2 andFIG. 3, an electronic cigarette of a first embodiment of the present invention comprises anouter sleeve10 and asuction nozzle cover20. Wherein theouter sleeve10 is substantially a hollow cylinder, thesuction nozzle cover20 is sleeved inside theouter sleeve10, and theouter sleeve10 and thesuction nozzle cover20 are detachably connected with each other or integrally formed. Theouter sleeve10 can be a sleeve of an atomizer or a battery, or a sleeve that sleeves both the atomizer and the battery. Theouter sleeve10 can also be a part of the atomizer.
Thesuction nozzle cover20 is substantially a hollow cylinder, and is made of silicone material, which has good flexibility and corrosion-resistant character. Understandably, thesuction nozzle cover20 can also be made of other flexible material such as rubber. A surface of thesuction nozzle cover20 corresponding to a mouth cavity of a user of the electronic cigarette is a concave230. When the two outer sides of thesuction nozzle cover20 are pressed and/or squeezed by an radial force and the radial force is perpendicular to theouter sleeve10, thesuction nozzle20 generates an inward tendency of motion along the axial direction (i.e., the direction towards inside body), and thesuction nozzle cover20 is prevented from falling off.
Thesuction nozzle cover20 includes ahollow body220, afirst end210 and asecond end240. Wherein, thebody220 is a hollow cylinder and is sleeved inside theouter sleeve10, thefirst end210 is mounted on theouter sleeve10, and thesecond end240 recesses inward to from the concave230. Thesecond end240 defines at least onesuction inlet242 therein, a user can inhale the smoke atomized in the electronic cigarette via thesuction inlet242. Thesuction inlet242 includes apierced hole2422 defined in thesecond end240 and a throughhole2424 axially extending from the edge of thepierced hole2422 to thebody220, and an inner diameter of thethrough hole2424 is equal to an inner diameter of thepierced hole2422. Thesuction inlet242 can be set in the center axis of thebody220, and can also deviate from the center axis of thebody220. When the electronic cigarette has a plurality ofsuction inlets242, the a plurality ofsuction inlets242 can be arranged equidistantly and symmetrically. In the embodiment, a shape of thesuction inlet242 is any one of triangle, polygons (such as pentagons or hexagons), and oval. The number of thesuction inlet242 is no limited, that is, can be one or more. When the number of thesuction inlet242 is small, a flow of the smoke will be smaller; and when the number of thesuction inlet242 is large, a flow of the smoke is larger.
To prevent thesuction nozzle cover20 from being ejected from theouter sleeve10 and being accidentally swallowed by users, a snap-fit connection is formed between thesuction nozzle cover20 and theouter sleeve10. Specifically a lateral wall of thebody220 forms a protrudingbuckle222, and an inner wall of theouter sleeve10 corresponding to thebuckle222 forms a card slot (not shown) buckled with thebuckle222, and thesuction nozzle cover20 is detachably connected with theouter sleeve10 through the snap-fit connection formed between thebuckle222 and the card slot. Understandably, in other embodiments, a lateral wall of thebody220 forms a card slot (not shown), an inner wall of theouter sleeve10 forms a buckle (not shown) configured to buckled with the card slot, and theouter sleeve10 is detachably connected with thesuction nozzle cover20 through the snap-fit connection formed between the buckle and the card slot.
Because the concave230 has a certain buffering function, when the two sides of thesuction nozzle cover20 are pressed and/or squeezed by the radial force, and the radial force is perpendicular to theouter sleeve10, an inward force along the axis (i.e., the force facing inside of the body220) of thesecond end240 is greater than an outward force (i.e., the facing outside the body220), and thereby the tendency of motion of thesuction nozzle cover20 is changed. That is, when thesuction nozzle cover20 is pressed and/or squeezed by the external force, thesuction nozzle cover20 generates an inward tendency of motion to theouter sleeve10, and thereby thesuction nozzle cover20 is prevented from falling off the electronic cigarette, and the user's experiences is improved.
As shown inFIG. 2, which illustrates a state when thesuction nozzle cover20 of the electronic cigarette of the present invention is pressed and/or squeezed by an external force. Because thesuction nozzle cover20 includes the concave230athat has a buffering function, when the two outer sides of thesuction nozzle cover20 are pressed and/or squeezed by the radial external force, thesuction nozzle cover20 generates a tendency of motion inward thebody220, and thereby thesuction nozzle cover20 is prevented from falling off the electronic cigarette; and the user's experiences is improved.
As shown inFIG. 3, an electronic cigarette of a first embodiment of the present invention is provided. In this embodiment, the concave230 includes afirst line segment232 and a second line segment234 which are arranged in parallel, afirst arc segment236 connected with thefirst line segment232, and asecond arc segment238 connected with the second line segment234. Thefirst line segment232, the second line segment234, thefirst arc segment236 and thesecond arc segment238 cooperatively form the concave230. Thefirst line segment232 and the second line segment234 are respectively installed on two relative edges of thebody220, an end of thefirst arc segment236 and an end of thesecond arc segment238 are connected with thesuction inlet242, and both thefirst arc segment236 and thesecond arc segment238 are installed on thesecond end240.
A vertical distance from an intersection between thesecond end240 and a center axis of the body to the first end is 0.3 cm˜1 cm, that is, a maximum depth of the concave230 is 0.3 cm˜1 cm. If the maximum depth of the concave230 is less than 0.3 cm, when the electronic cigarette is squeezed and/or pressed by the external forces, the tendency of motion of thesuction nozzle cover20 cannot be changed effectively, and therefore a hidden danger that thesuction nozzle cover20 may drop may be caused; if the maximum depth of the concave230 is larger than 1 cm, it may be inconvenience to users when smoking the electronic cigarette. Preferably, the maximum depth of the concave230 is 0.6 cm. Thefirst end210, thebody220, thesecond end240, and the throughhole2424 are integrally formed, so that it is easy to be produced and the overall effect is good.
As shown inFIG. 4, an electronic cigarette of a second embodiment of the present invention is provided. The second embodiment differs from the first embodiment in that: the section of the concave230 is an arc-shaped groove, and thefirst end210 includes anupper end212 and abottom end214, theupper end212 recesses inward to form the arc-shaped groove is, and the chord length of the arc-shaped groove equals to the inner diameter of thebody220.
As shown inFIG. 5, an electronic cigarette of a third embodiment of the present invention is provided. The third embodiment differs from the first embodiment in that: the section of the concave230 is a rectangular groove, and the width of the rectangular groove equals to the inner diameter of thebody220.
As shown inFIG. 6, an electronic cigarette of a fourth embodiment of the present invention is provided. The fourth embodiment differs from the first embodiment in that: the section of the concave230 is an isosceles trapezoid groove, an angle formed by a side edge of the isosceles trapezoid groove and a center axis of theouter sleeve10 is 10°˜40°, preferably, the angle formed by the side edge of the isosceles trapezoid groove and the center axis of theouter sleeve10 is 20°.
In the electronic cigarette of the present invention, since thesecond end240 recesses inward to form the concave230, when the two sides of thesuction nozzle cover20 are pressed and/or squeezed by the radial force, the inward force of thesecond end240 is greater than the outward force, and thesuction nozzle cover20 generates a tendency of motion toinside body220, thereby thesuction nozzle cover20 is prevented from falling off from the electronic cigarette. Furthermore, the user will feel more flexible when using the electronic cigarette with that structure, and user's experience is improved; moreover, it can prevent the tobacco oil being sucked when a little tobacco oil flows from thesuction inlet242.
While the embodiments of the present invention are described with reference to the accompanying drawings above, the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned specific implementations. In fact, the above-mentioned specific implementations are intended to be exemplary not to be limiting. In the inspiration of the present invention, those ordinary skills in the art can also make many modifications without breaking away from the subject of the present invention and the protection scope of the claims, such as the section of the concave230 is V-groove or W-groove. All these modifications belong to the protection of the present invention.
