Advantageously, the strips are formed at a radial direction of the outer surface of the connection body.
Advantageously, the strips are annular protuberances formed at a radial direction of the outer surface of the connection body.
Advantageously, a cross section of each of the strips is wave-shaped.
Advantageously, the connection body and cap body are made in an integral forming.
Advantageously, the battery sleeve and the strips formed on the lamp cap form interference fit.
Advantageously, the battery sleeve is made of plastic materials.
Advantageously, the battery sleeve defines a groove in a position corresponding to the strips, and the strips and the groove are connected together by snap-fit.
Advantageously, the lamp cap is semitransparent.
Advantageously, the connection body defines a ventilation hole at a side of the connection body near the cap body.
When implementing the electronic cigarette of the present invention, the following advantageous effects can be achieved: by means of adopting soft materials such as rubber, thermoplastic polyurethane, polyvinyl chloride (PVC) to make the soft lamp cap, the lamp cap sleeved in the battery sleeve, the strips are configured to increase the friction of the contact surface of the lamp cap, and to fixedly connect the lamp cap and the battery sleeve together by interference fit, the lamp cap can be effectively prevented from falling off from the soft battery sleeve, and can also simulate the soft feel of real cigarettes and enhance the user's experience.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGSThe present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiment in the following, in the accompanying drawings:
FIG. 1 is a partially schematic view of an electronic cigarette of the preferred embodiment of the present invention;
FIG. 2 is a schematic view of the lamp cap of the preferred embodiment of the present invention;
FIG. 3 is a cutaway view of the lamp cap of the preferred embodiment of the present invention.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTTo make the technical feature, objective and effect of the present invention be understood more clearly, now the specific implementation of the present invention is described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments.
The present invention bases on drawbacks of conventional technology, namely, typical lamp caps are made of hard materials, such as zircon or glass, and cannot simulate the soft handle of real cigarettes, and may fall off from battery sleeves. An electronic cigarette including a soft lamp cap and being capable of effectively preventing the soft lamp cap from falling off is targeted invented.
As shown inFIGS. 1 and 2, an electronic cigarette of a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes abattery sleeve10 and alamp cap20, wherein, thelamp cap20 is mounted at the end of thebattery sleeve10. Thebattery sleeve10 is a hollow cylinder, and can be made of plastic materials or metal materials. In the present invention, thebattery sleeve10 is made of plastic materials, such as polypropylene, polycarbonate, PVC, ABS resin, so as to simulate the soft feel of real cigarettes.
As shown inFIGS. 2 and 3, thelamp cap20 is soft, and, is particularly made of one or more of thermoplastic polyurethane, polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and rubber. Thelamp cap20 can also be made of other flexible materials such as silicone rubber, thermoplastic elastomer, and so on. A light emitting diode (LED)lamp30 is received in thebattery sleeve10. Thelamp cap20 is semitransparent, so that light emitted by theLED30 can pass through thelamp cap20. Understandably, thelamp cap20 can also be entirely transparent, which makes the light passing through thelamp cap20 be brighter, and simulates the feel of real cigarettes more effectively.
Thelamp cap20 includes aconnection body210 and acap body220, theconnection body210 extends along a bottom surface of thecap body220, and is sleeved in thebattery sleeve10. Thecap body220 covers on thebattery sleeve10. Thelamp cap20 includes a contact surface sleeved in thebattery sleeve10, and at least onestrip212 configured to increase the friction of the contact surface protrudes from the contact surface, that is, thestrip212 is formed on an outer surface of theconnection body210. Thestrip212 is configured to increase the friction of the outer surface of theconnection body210. Particularly, in the present embodiment, an inner wall ofbattery sleeve10 and thestrip212 formed on thelamp cap10 form interference fit. Thus, when thelamp cap20 is sleeved in the battery sleeve, the pre-tightening force increases, so that the connection of thelamp cap20 and thebattery sleeve10 is much tighter, and thelamp cap20 is prevented from loosing or falling from thebattery sleeve10, thereby enhancing users' experience. Understandably, there is no limit to the number ofstrip212, it can be just one or more. When the number of the strip is two or more, the strips are separated from each other, and gaps are formed between every two adjacent ones of the strips and the gaps can be equidistant or not. Theconnection body210 defines aventilation hole230 near the side of the cap body, thisventilation hole230 communicates with atmosphere, so that the electronic cigarette forms a flow loop.
As shown inFIG. 2, in the present embodiment, thestrips212 are formed at a radial direction of the outer surface of theconnection body210, and thestrips212 are loops, that is, annular protuberances formed on an outer surface of theconnection body210 and equidistantly separated from each other. In this situation, a cross section of each of the strips is wave-shaped. In another embodiment, thestrips212 are formed at an axial direction of the outer surface of theconnection body210, that is, thestrips212 are formed parallel to a central axis direction of the outer surface of theconnection body210, and can be equidistant or not.
Theconnection body210 and thecap body220 are made in an integral forming, which is easy to be processed, and the overall effect thereof is good.
In another embodiment, the battery sleeve10 and thelamp cap20 are connected with snap-fit. Particularly, thebattery sleeve10 defines a groove (not shown) in a position corresponding to thestrips212, and thestrips212 and the groove are connected together by snap-fit, and thus the battery sleeve10 and thelamp cap20 are fixedly connected with each other.
The invention of electronic cigarette uses flexible materials such as rubber, thermoplastic polyurethane, polyvinyl chloride (PVC) to makesoft lamp cap20, and the contact surface of thelamp cap20 sleeved in thebattery sleeve10 form thestrips212 configured to increase the friction of the contact surface. Thelamp cap20 and thebattery sleeve10 are fixedly connected with each other by interference fit, which effectively avoids thelamp cap20 falling of fromsoft battery sleeve10, and simulates the soft feel of real cigarettes. Thus, users' experience is enhanced.
While the embodiments of the present invention are described with reference to the accompanying drawings above, the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned specific implementations. In fact, the above-mentioned specific implementations are intended to be exemplary not to be limiting. In the inspiration of the present invention, those ordinary skills in the art can also make many modifications without breaking away from the subject of the present invention and the protection scope of the claims, All these modifications belong to the protection of the present invention.
