Abstract

A standing office walking equipment is composed of a platform smoothly placed on the ground and provided for a user to exercise thereon, and a working table crossing over a front end of the platform, wherein a front end of the platform is relatively below the working table while using the platform. The platform can be separated from the working table when the platform is not in use. The platform has a supporting structure provided for standing up such that after the platform is separated from the working table, the platform individually stands up through the supporting structure so as to achieve the storage.

Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The present invention generally relates to a fitness device, in particular to a standing office walking equipment capable of providing work and exercise.

2. Description of the Related Art

As shown inFIG. 9, a conventional exercise device capable of providing works and exercises. The device is disposed with a working table92 at a front end of atreadmill91, and the working table92 is disposed with a computer of amonitor93, amouse94 and akeyboard95. When a user utilizes thetreadmill91 to perform exercise, the compute can be operated on the working table92 at the same time to achieve the effect of simultaneous working and exercise.

However, the foregoing exercise device capable of providing exercise and work has the following defect. Since itstreadmill91 does not have the standing function, thetreadmill91 is merely placed on the ground and may not be stored in individual standing after separating from the working table92. Consequently, the foregoing situation may occupy space and have the problem of difficult storage.

Moreover, the foregoing exercise device capable of providing exercise and work is that since thetreadmill91 is disposed below the working table92, none of any connection mechanism is between thetreadmill91 and the working table92. In another word, it may have the possibility of toppling over the working table92 relative to thetreadmill91 to cause the safety problem of harming the user.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Therefore, it is a primary objective of the present invention to provide a standing office walking equipment having a platform that can individually stand up after separating from a working table to achieve the storage effect.

It is a second objective of the present invention to provide a standing office walking equipment having the effect of preventing the working table from toppling over.

To achieve the foregoing objectives, the present invention provides a standing office walking equipment composed of a platform disposed on the ground and capable of providing a user to perform walking exercise thereon, and a working table principally provided for work. The standing office walking equipment has the following features:

The platform has a front end. While using the platform, the front end is relatively located below the working table such that the platform is at a first position capable of allowing the user to perform walking exercise thereon.

When the platform is not in use, the platform can be separated from the working table, and the platform has a supporting structure that allows the platform standing up such that after the platform is separated from the working table, the platform can stand up and is at a second position through the supporting structure, thereby achieve the storage.

Preferably, the supporting structure comprises a bottom base, and a relative pivot portion is respectively disposed at the platform and the bottom base such that after the platform is separated from the working table, the platform pivots relative to the bottom base so as to be at the second position.

Preferably, the supporting structure is disposed at the front end of the platform, and the supporting structure is formed with a supporting surface, which is at the front end of the platform, capable of leaning against the ground.

Moreover, the present invention further provides a standing office walking equipment comprising:

- a working table principally provided for work; a platform disposed on a ground and provided for a user to perform walking exercise, wherein the platform is relatively below the working table while using the platform such that the platform is at a first position capable of allowing the user to perform walking exercise thereon; wherein the platform can be separated from the working table when the platform is not in use such that the platform individually stands up and is at a second position; a position limiting device comprising a baffle portion and a placing-in portion, the baffle portion and the placing-in portion respectively disposed to relative positions of the platform and the working table, wherein when the platform is at the first position, the baffle portion and the placing-in portion are relatively disposed by a crossing manner.

Preferably, the platform is disposed with a supporting structure such that the platform stands up and is at the second position through the supporting structure.

Preferably, the baffle portion of the position limiting device and the placing-in portion are respectively extended from sides of the platform and the working table. The baffle portion has a baffle section showing a curved arc shape, and when the platform is at the first position, the baffle section of the baffle portion crosses over the placing-in portion. The placing-in portion is protruded relative to the baffle section of the baffle portion.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

The technical content of the present invention will become apparent by the detailed description of the following embodiments and the illustration of related drawings as follows.

With reference toFIG. 1 toFIG. 5 for a standing office walking equipment according to a first embodiment of the invention is depicted. The equipment is composed of aplatform21 placed on the ground and provided for a user to perform walking exercise, a working table11 relatively crossing over theplatform21 and aposition limiting device40.

The working table11 is downwardly extended with two support racks12 spaced at an interval and leaning against the ground, and atable surface13 capable of principally providing work is disposed on tops of the twosupport racks12.

Theplatform21 has afront end22 and arear end23. While using theplatform21, itsfront end22 is relatively below the working table11, and the twosupport racks12 are relatively located at two sides of thefront end22 of theplatform21 such that theplatform21 is placed at a first position S1 capable of allowing the user to perform walking exercise thereon. A bottom of thefront end22 of theplatform21 is disposed with a supportingstructure31 provided for theplatform21 standing up. The supportingstructure31 comprises abottom base32, andpivot portions211,321 (as shown inFIG. 5) are disposed between thefront end22 of theplatform21 and thebottom base32 such that thebottom base32 is pivoted to the bottom of thefront end22 of theplatform21. Afastening element33 provided for allowing theplatform21 to retain the standing state is disposed between thebottom base32 and theplatform21. In the embodiment, thefastening element33 is composed of a telescopic rod structure.

The position limiting,device40 comprises abaffle portion41 and a placing-inportion43. In the embodiment, thebottom base32 is respectively extended and protruded with thebaffle portion41 toward two sides of the two support racks12. Eachbaffle portion41 has abaffle section42 having curved arc shape. The twosupport racks12 are respectively extended and protruded with the placing-inportion43 toward a side of thebottom base32. When thefront end22 of theplatform21 relatively located below the working table11 is at the first position S1, eachbaffle portion41 and the placing-inportion43 are correspondingly disposed to each other such that thebaffle section42 of thebaffle portion41 crosses over the placing-inportion43 through a crossing manner, and the two placing-inportions43 protrude thebaffle sections42 of thebaffle portions41.

Moreover, when thefront end22 of theplatform21 is relatively below the working table11, thebaffle section42 of eachbaffle portion41 crosses over the placing-inportion43. The two placing-inportions43 protrude in thebaffle section42 of thebaffle portion41. Therefore, when the working table11 is displaced relative to theplatform21, as shown inFIG. 4, the placing-inportions43 disposed at twosupport racks12 are baffled by thebaffle section42 of thebaffle portion41 on theplatform21 to further limit the displacement of the working table11 to prevent the working table11 from toppling over, thereby ensuring the safety of the invention during the utilization.

When theplatform21 is not in use, the user only raises thefront end22 of theplatform21 to reach a predetermined height, the crossing configuration for thebaffle portion41 and the placing-in portion can be released, and theplatform21 can be separated from the working table11.

Next, after theplatform21 is separated from the working table11, as shown inFIG. 5, the user allows theplatform21 to upwardly pivot relative thebottom base32 by upwardly turning over theplatform21, and theplatform21 can be individually stood and at a second position S2 through the effect of thefastening element33 between thebottom base32 and theplatform21. Accordingly, the space can be effectively saved to conveniently store theplatform21.

With reference toFIG. 6 toFIG. 8 for a second embodiment of the invention is depicted. The equipment is also composed of theplatform21 provided for the user to exercise thereon, a working table11 crossing over the front end of theplatform21 and aposition limiting device40.

The working table21 has afront end22 and arear end23. While using theplatform21, itsfront end22 is relatively below the working table11, and the twosupport racks12 are relatively located at two sides of thefront end22 of theplatform21 such that theplatform21 is at the first position S1 capable of allowing the user to perform walking exercise thereon. Thefront end22 of theplatform21 is disposed with a supportingstructure31bcapable of allowing theplatform21 to stand up. The supportingstructure31bis formed with a supportingsurface34, which is at thefront end22 of theplatform21, capable of leaning against the ground. In the embodiment, the supportingstructure31bis composed of a supporting member vertically protruding toward thefront end22 of theplatform21. After the supporting member protrudes toward thefront end22 of theplatform21, it can form the supportingsurface34, which is at thefront end22 theplatform21, leaning against the ground.

Theposition limiting device40 comprises abaffle portion41 and a placing-inportion43. In the embodiment, theplatform21 is respectively extended and protruded with thebaffle portion41 toward two sides of the twosupport racks12, and eachbaffle portion41 respectively has abaffle section42 having curved arc shape. The twosupport racks12 are respectively extended and protruded with the placing-inportion43 toward a side of theplatform21. When thefront end22 of theplatform21 is relatively below the working table11 and at the first position S1, the eachbaffle portion41 and the each placing-inportion43 are correspondingly disposed to each other to allow thebaffle section42 of thebaffle portion41 to relatively cross over the placing-inportion43 by means of crossing such that the two placing-inportions43 protrude in thebaffle section42 of thebaffle portion41. Accordingly, it has fast assembly and convenience and limits the displacement of the working table11 to prevent the working table11 from turning over.

When theplatform21 is not in use, the user only raises thefront end22 of theplatform21 to reach a predetermined height, the cross assembly of thebaffle portion41 and the placing-inportion43 can be released, and theplatform21 can be separated from the working table11.

Next, after theplatform21 is separated from the walking table11, as shown inFIG. 8, the user can turn theplatform21 upwardly, and the supportingsurface34 formed by protruding the supporting member leans against the ground to support theplatform21 that is retained at a second position S2 by individually standing up, thereby achieving effects of saving space and storing in theplatform21.

While the means of specific embodiments in present invention has been described by reference drawings, numerous modifications and variations could be made thereto by those skilled in the art without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention set forth in the claims. The modifications and variations should in a range limited by the specification of the present invention.
