Abstract

• I Benny L. Boyce have invented a new design for a Detachable, Adjustable, Insulated Resistance Body Support Apparatus. This invention is related field to physical health, exercise, rehabilitation. Walking has always been advocated as a beneficial health measure regardless of age or cardiovascular condition. Over 50 million or more walk for exercise in America today and with the rise in health problems in recent years; such as high blood pressure, obesity, heart disease, diabetes and even poor circulation. It is estimated by the year 2012 that 92% of the American population will be clinically defined as obese. My device is comprised of three pieces of Velcro—adaptable neoprene, insulated, flexible and very pliable it will support the muscles and keep them warm. This device provides a totally adjustable thigh muscle exercise. This apparatus is completely independent of any other exercise device or structure that has been constructed. But this instrument does much more than just thigh exercise, it works the abdominal oblique's, buttocks, calves and even strengthens and supports proper back posture. This device dehydrates oblique for water gain and even provides an aerobic and anaerobic exercise. And without the resistances of the lead spot located on the front and back of the thighs, as well as administer an isometric exercise. This contrivance differs from any prior mat with scope.
DESCRIPTION
• This invention discloses an aerobic exercise device and a body support apparatus use while in perpetual motion or stationary exercises. This mechanism is comprised of three pieces of elongated concave Velcro adjustable neoprene. This material allows for a large range of versatility; for this application. Some of the characteristics of this material provide compression, flexibility and an isolative property. The afore mentioned elements working together create a unique design for a versatile exercise device and body support apparatus.
• The isolative property administers warmth to the muscles and keeps them loose and sweating away water gain from the abdominal oblique's and burning fat as well.
• Another characteristic of this material is the compression property. The material keeps the muscles firmly in place, while granting the thigh muscles and the abdominal muscles abdominals with an isometric resistance without the use of weights.
• The flexibility property equips the apparatus to adjust to a variety of circumference.
• This device comes with a belt (abdominal support) that wraps firmly around the abdominals as shown in FIG. (1). Also shown in FIG. (1) are the four side release buckles, which are located in the front and back of the belt. The user is able to detach the abdominal support from the thigh support to use them independently if so desired.
• Reattachment of the abdominal support to the thigh supports and add weights to the device front and back as shown in FIG. (1), can be used in perpetual motion or stationery exercises.
• This apparatus is comprised of 2 pieces of elongated concave Velcro adaptable neoprene. This isolative material administers a large range of application for this device. The flexibility, warmth, compression as well as versatility are part of the uniqueness of this device. This contrivance provides a total body workout as well as support. This mechanism comes with a belt as show in FIG. (1) Part2 that can be utilized independently from the rest of the unit. To sweat away the water and fat from abdominal oblique while simultaneously building muscles in an isometric exercise. Operating independently the thigh wraps as shown in FIG. (1) Part6 are a great way for stationary exercises, the thigh wraps can be used without the weights. And the apparatus would still render a isometric exercise and support; great for people who stand for long periods of time. This is extremely beneficial to women to remove the pressure on the legs that can create varicose veins; the apparatus would relieve and support the thighs and improve circulation. Another benefit is that the device can be used in the water for water aerobics. The weights can be removed from the back or front of the thighs and held in the hand to be used as hand weights for a upper body exercise. The three pieces can be operated independently to better utilize the individual needs of the user. The isolative flexible material is designed to accommodate various sizes and dimensions with the adjustable straps as shown in FIG. (2) Part4. This detachable, adjustable, insulated device provides versatility to change and to accommodate a individual's workout. This improves the individual's physical health regardless of age, cardio-vascular condition or size. Walking serves as a method for strengthening the heart and lungs to make them operate efficiently, improves muscle tone and skeletal strength. In recent years there has been a rise in health problems in America, such as high blood pressure, diabetes and obesity. Research shows that by the year 2012 more than 90% of America's will be clinically obese.
