Abstract

A shoe that can be added with pictures, the shoe is provided on any surface thereof with at least a transparent bag, the bag at least has a pocket, the peripheries of the bag are stuck on the surface; the pocket of the bag is inserted therein with a picture which is accommodate in the bag, and the content of the picture can be shown on the surface through the transparent bag.

Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
• 1. Field of the Invention
• The present invention relates to an innovated design of a shoe, and especially to a shoe that can be added with pictures.
• 2. Description of the Prior Art
• The primary function of a shoe is protecting a foot of a user, while following progressing of the production technique and fashion, a shoe can have various designs in styles in pursuance of different cases and functions, for instance, a shoe for sporting, as a leather shoe, a high-heeled shoe or a boot etc.
• Production of shoes nowadays are designed by designers, then samples and molds are made in factories for mass production, and lastly, the shoes are sold in the markets. Such a flow process renders different users to purchase shoes in an identical style and to wear the shoes in the same time; if the shoes are taken off and placed at a same plate, they are subjected to making confusion in distinguishing, such a problem needs to be eliminated.
• Further in the present days, consumers stress personalization, youths always stick pictures they like on sporting shoes in order to make distinguishment. However, the sporting shoes stuck thereon with pictures are subjected to being polluted when they are treaded on earth, and are uneasy to be cleansed, thereby are quite inconvenient for use.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
• To such a conventional technical problem, the present invention provides a shoe that can be added with pictures, the shoe is provided on any surface thereof with at least a transparent bag, the bag at least has a pocket, the peripheries of the bag are stuck on the surface; the pocket of the bag is inserted therein with a picture which is accommodate in the bag, and the content of the picture can be shown on the surface through the transparent bag.
• The shoe that can be added with pictures provided in the present invention allows a user to place therein with different pictures he prefers, for instance, his has photos together with a pair of shoes as decorations for showing, or for sure, allows the user to place therein with special pictures he likes, in order to get an effect of decoration of personality, or to be not confused with the shoes purchased by other people. And more, the bag provided by the present invention is made of transparent material, when it gets dirty, it is very easy for wiping or cleansing.
• Furthermore, the shoe that can be added with pictures provided in the present invention has its pocket of the bag sealed with a sealing strip in order to prevent dirt from entering the bag to pollute the pictures.
• The shoe provided in the present invention can be a sporting shoe, a high-heeled shoe, or a shoe of some other style; the bag can be provided on any surface of the rear outer surface, a lateral outer surface and a top surface of a sole of the shoe.
• The present invention will be apparent in its structural feature and effect of use from the detailed description of an embodiment thereof in reference to the accompanying drawings.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
• Referring firstly toFIGS. 1 and 2 showing the first embodiment of the present invention, wherein ashoe1 with pictures is provided provides, theshoe1 depicted is a shoe for sporting, a rearouter surface11 of theshoe1 is provided with atransparent bag12, thetransparent bag12 has apocket13, the peripheries of thebag12 other than where the opening of thepocket13 is are stuck on thesurface11; thepocket13 of thebag12 is inserted therein with apicture20 which is accommodate in thebag12, and the content of thepicture20 can be shown on thesurface11 through thetransparent bag12. Moreover, thepocket13 of thebag12 is sealed with asealing strip14, in order to prevent dirt from entering thebag12 to pollute thepicture20.
• One thing is worth notice, theshoe1 that can be added withpictures20 provided in the present invention allows a user to place therein withdifferent pictures20 he prefers, for instance, his has photos together with a pair of shoes as decorations for showing, or allows the user to place therein with photos of him together with close friends or families for memorizing; or for sure, allows the user to place therein withspecial pictures20 he likes, in order to get an effect of decoration of personality, or to be not confused with the shoes purchased by other people. And more, thebag12 provided by the present invention is made of transparent material, when it gets dirty, it is very easy for wiping or cleansing; it surely is better technically than those stuck with pictures in the markets.
• And more, please refer toFIG. 3 showing a second embodiment of the present invention, the embodiment is similar to the first embodiment, theshoe2 depicted is a shoe for sporting, however, thebag22 of it is provided on a lateralouter surface21 of theshoe2 for accommodatingpictures20, thepocket23 of thebag22 is sealed with asealing strip24.
• Please refer toFIG. 4 showing a third embodiment of the present invention, the embodiment is similar to the first embodiment, theshoe3 depicted is a shoe for sporting too, however, thebag32 of it is provided on anouter surface31 of the sole of theshoe3 for accommodatingpictures20, apocket33 of thebag32 is sealed with asealing strip34. This design of allocation of the pictures can be for the purpose of placing pictures of some one the user doesn't like to express the fun of trampling.
• Please refer toFIG. 5 showing a fourth embodiment of the present invention, the shoe4 depicted is a high-heeled shoe, thebag42 of it is provided on anouter surface41 on the sole of the shoe4 for accommodatingpictures20, pocket43 of thebag42 is sealed with a sealing strip44.
• Obviously, the shoes in the drawings are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, the embodiments given are only for illustrating the present invention, and not for giving any limitation to the scope of the present invention; it will be apparent to those skilled in this art that various modifications or equivalent changes without departing from the spirit of this invention, for example, to have a bag provided at some other area on any of various shoes or to have multiple bags on a shoe, shall also fall within the scope of the appended claims.

Claims (6)

1. A shoe adapted to being added with pictures, being provided on any surface thereof with at least a transparent bag, said bag at least has a pocket, peripheries of said bag are stuck on said surface; said pocket of said bag is inserted therein with a picture which is accommodate in said bag, and content of said picture is shown on said surface through said transparent bag.

2. The shoe adapted to being added with pictures as stated inclaim 1, wherein, said pocket of said bag further is provided with a sealing strip to seal said pocket of said bag.

3. The shoe adapted to being added with pictures as stated inclaim 2, wherein, said shoe is a sporting shoe, said bag is provided on a rear outer surface of said shoe.

4. The shoe adapted to being added with pictures as stated inclaim 2, wherein, said shoe is a sporting shoe, said bag is provided on a lateral outer surface of said shoe.

5. The shoe adapted to being added with pictures as stated inclaim 2, wherein, said shoe is a sporting shoe, said bag is provided on a top surface of a sole of said sporting shoe.

6. The shoe adapted to being added with pictures as stated inclaim 2, wherein, said shoe is a high-heeled shoe, said bag is provided on a top surface of a sole of said high-heeled shoe.
