Abstract

When great many persons perform the motivative exercises in the same place and at the same time, this invention has the effect that an exercise manager can manage more persons to perform the motivative exercises due to enabling to omit the preparation of the devices and reducing unnecessary expenses for the preparation and labor.

A rehabilitation device of this invention is a device for performing the takizawa program for rehabilitation.

It can be provided devices that are needed performing the exercise by the program with the motivative exercises to the center, such as a lower extremities' function-training device (1) (2), an upper extremities training device (3), a heat therapy device (21), a carriage device (16) which becomes a walk training device, a standing, walk training an upper body-keeping device (19) and a standing position assist device (20) with a carriage device (6) (16).

Description

CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATION

This application makes JP 2002-175906 the basis of the claiming priority[0001]

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTIONFIELD OF THE INVENTION

This invention is related to a device in which enables elderly people and handicapped people to practice the motivative exercise according to the Takizawa program: to improve, recover and to strengthen their own injured body functions.[0002]

Also, this invention is related to a device to practice the motivative exercise according to the takizawa program, functional recovery training, functional strengthening training or thermal treatment with smaller labor not only for elderly people and handicapped people but also for nursing people and managers of the exercise.[0003]

The Biophilia Rehabilitation Academy that the inventor belongs defined the training in which the patient uses his/her normal side of extremities to move and train the affected extremities as the motivative exercise.[0004]

Also, the Biophilia Rehabilitation Academy named the way to perform the motivative exercise effectively the takizawa program and has announced in the papers below.[0005]

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

In the process for enforcing the motivative exercise, exercise managers had to prepare the devices to achieve the directions of an exercise planner.[0031]

Exercises at facilities or at home have been controlled by a planner who instructs on standardized exercise events to persons to practice those and instructs to any manager to make persons practice those or any manager who is an exercise planner makes persons practice those with using the exercise administration list mentioned in JP A 2002-189809.[0032]

Thereon the manager has been enforcing the motivative exercise by the takizawa program, rehabilitation, muscle power strength training and a heat therapy safely on large numbers of persons at the same time.[0033]

There was no necessity of labor saving device because the previous motivative exercise was practiced by the specific physical therapist.[0034]

The program will be generalized and carried out more frequently due to recognizing the effect of rehabilitation and muscle power strength training by the motivative exercise and the takizawa program that have been done by the specific physical therapist.[0035]

This invention is a rehabilitation device in which to solve the difficulties that a care person, a person to do the program and an exercise manager or an exercise planner must carry out preparation for devices at the rehabilitation with the takizawa program as mentioned before.[0036]

At present, an exercise manager prepares devices necessary for the rehabilitation in order to enforce the directions of an exercise planner when practicing for the aged handicapped person the motivative exercise with the Takizawa program.[0037]

This invention automates this preparation by using a carriage device ([0038]6) or a carriage device (16) and an exercise device storage (60).

This rehabilitation device that can be said the takizawa rehabilitation program enforcement device is assembled of lower extremity exercise devices ([0039]1)(2), an upper extremity exercise device (3) and the carriage device (6) to solve the problem.

A lower muscle power strengthening exercise devices ([0040]4) and a lower muscle power strengthening exercise devices (5) set up along with the devices. A heat therapy device (21) may be set up along with the devices.

A carriage device ([0041]16) which becomes a walk training device, an upper body-keeping device (19) for standing position and walking training and standing position assist device (20) may be set up along with the devices.

Sitting position-keeping devices ([0042]22) (23) may be used along with the devices.

There is also a case that the rehabilitation device is composed of lower extremity exercise devices ([0043]1)(2), an upper extremity exercise device (3) and the storage device (60).

A heat therapy device ([0044]21) may be used along with the devices.

A walk training device ([0045]16), an upper body-keeping device (19) for standing position and walking training and standing position assist device (20) may be set up along with the devices.

Sitting position-keeping devices ([0046]22) (23) may be used.

As for an exercise planner, it is indicated that doctors, physical therapist or the specialist who related to the rehabilitation medical science. The planner can control the motivative exercise with the takizawa program, the rehabilitation and the muscle power strength training due to indicating his/her plan to any managers to do.[0047]

The manager can be a nurse, a welfare nurse, nursing people and/or a physical therapist.[0048]

It is also possible that an exercise manager can become an exercise planner with education.[0049]

Persons to practice the program are often elderly people or handicapped people and they practice the program to improve, recover or strengthen the injured body functions. It is also possible that healthy elderly people or healthy people practice the motivative exercise to maintain their health.[0050]

In addition, the motivative exercise in this invention is to train the patients' disabled side extremity with the devices' movement by his/her movement of his/her normal side extremity.[0051]

This can be stated as the mixture of self-training and assistive exercise.[0052]

The motivative exercise is carried out in the upright sitting position. The motivative exercise can partly substitute for a passive exercise done by a physical therapist.[0053]

The assistive exercise done by an exercise planner or an exercise manager is a part of the motivative exercise.[0054]

Takizawa program is the program to enforce the motivative exercise to the center for elderly people and elderly patients with impairment[0055]

Training with takizawa program is carried out in the sitting position. The training for body trunk and the joint range of motion training of the paralysis side extremity are also carried out in the sitting position.[0056]

Patients don't get any pain in this process.[0057]

An assistant and/or a care person can enforce the program by the guidance of the physical therapist and/or occupational therapist because it is standardized.[0058]

This program can be enforced to large numbers of patients by only one physical therapist or one occupational therapist.[0059]

Numbers of ideas are put together to increase patients' motivation including the lower extremity motivative exercise.[0060]

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

The inventor explains the first embodiment according to the signs of FIG. 1.[0065]

A lower extremities' function-training device ([0066]1), which trains lower extremity, is the Plantar Flexion-dorsiflexion training device of JP U2004587. A lower extremities' function-training device (2) is the Lower Extremity Function Training Device of JP D997739.

JP P 2001-170207 A: Lower Extremity Motivative Exercise Training Device, PCT/JP99/07115: Lower Extremity Motivative Exercise Training Device and PCT/JP00/03978: Lower Extremity Motivative Exercise Training Device can be also used.[0067]

In other words, any kind of the lower extremities' motivative exercise training devices can be used.[0068]

A upper extremities training device ([0069]3) is a holding devise for training of upper extremities that JP 2002-191651 A Part of Upper Extremities Motivative Exercise Training Device can be used.

An upper extremity training device ([0070]3-1) uses JP 2002-191651 A: Part of Upper Extremities Motivative Exercise Training Device and JP 2002-253627 A: Suspender of Upper Extremity Motivative Exercise Training Device.

The upper extremities training device can be structured not only a reciprocal movement device but also a simultaneous movement device.[0071]

In other words, any devices in which realize the upper extremity motivative exercise can be used for the upper extremities training device.[0072]

A lower extremity muscle strengthening exercise device ([0073]4) is a device with a hook to attach the device on the ankle.

A lower extremity muscle strengthening exercise device ([0074]5) is a weight band to wind around the ankle.

A carriage device ([0075]6) is a conveyer of a length of 4 m and width of 50 cm. Conveyer surface boards are shown on the figure as the boards combined in order to be able to transfer.

A mechanism is the same as the baggage carriage machine in the airport. A carriage device mechanism department ([0076]7) is to run the carriage device (6). The mechanism in this embodiment is electronic and also commonly known that details are omitted.

A rehabilitation device is composed of a lower extremities' function-training device ([0077]1), (2) and an upper extremities training device (3) that are arranged in the top of a carriage device (6).

It is possible to arrange a lower extremity muscle strengthening exercise device ([0078]4) and a lower extremity muscle strengthening exercise device (5) in the top of a carriage device (6).

A person (a) is in the process of motivative exercise by using the lower extremities function-training device ([0079]1). A person (b) is in the process of motivative exercise by using the lower extremities function-training device (2).

A person (c) is in the process of motivative exercise by using the lower extremity muscle strengthen exercise device ([0080]4).

The same person is practicing the muscle strengthen exercise.[0081]

This exercise that is a muscle strengthen exercise for those have certain muscle extent may be omitted. In other words, the number of persons who practice exercise can be increased by installing various devices on the top of the carriage device ([0082]6).

A person (d) is practicing exercise using the upper extremities training device ([0083]3).

By using the an upper extremities training device ([0084]3-1), most of the persons who can keep sitting position are able to install the device by themselves and practice.

However if the disabled extremity of person (d) cannot practice self-training, it is necessary to do passive exercise by the exercise manager. Also, there might be needed a help to install the device on a person when he/she doesn't install by oneself.[0085]

The upper extremities training device in this embodiment can be transferred by stably keeping but it also can be hang from foreside as shown in the second embodiment.[0086]

A person (e) is practicing exercise using the lower extremity muscle strengthen exercise device ([0087]5).

There is a case that the exercise manager performs passive exercise if the disabled extremity of person (e) cannot practice self-training.[0088]

There is a case that the exercise manager helps to install the device on a person when he/she doesn't install by oneself.[0089]

As explained above, by using a carriage device ([0090]6), it is possible for exercise managers just not to prepare the devices but turning the carriage device (6) to practice the motivative exercise with the takizawa program by using the lower extremities function-training device (1), the lower extremities function-training device (2), the upper extremities training device (3), the an upper extremities training device (3-1), the lower extremity muscle strengthen exercise device (4) and the lower extremity muscle strengthen exercise device (5) sequentially.

Plural training positions are set up along a carriage course of the carriage device ([0091]6).

The carriage device ([0092]6) carries the lower extremities function-training device (1), the lower extremities function-training device (2), the upper extremities training device (3), the upper extremities training device (3-1), the lower extremity muscle strengthen exercise device (4) and the lower extremity muscle strengthen exercise device (5) to each training positions and stops.

Therefore, the persons to exercise do not need to transfer locations and can practice exercise by using each devices.[0093]

A carriage device ([0099]16) is the rotation-type conveyer set inside the height of a floor face. It is a general utensil, and a mechanism isn't illustrated. Width is 50 cm to use it for the walk training combination. As for this embodiment, length is 2 m though it varies in each facility.

A carriage device ([0100]16) can be used as a walk belt for the walk training.

Standing position assist device ([0101]20) is wall bars for the physical exercise, which is usually used.

As for the actual practical use, it sometimes exercises by using the parallel bars. In other words, any assistant device, which person to exercise can hold his/her upper part of the body in the stability is good.[0102]

Standing, walk training an upper body-keeping device ([0103]19) are parallel bars of the length 150 cm.

Though this standing position, walk training and upper part of the body keeping device isn't illustrated, but it is also possible to use JP H07-236670; Walker. In other words, any device, which uses the remained function of upper extremities and has the purpose of supporting standing position and walk training, is good.[0104]

A sitting place keeping device ([0105]22) is Aid cushion (Trademark JP3351881) which Rehabiliaid Corporation sells for a usual wheelchair sitting.

A sitting position-keeping device ([0106]23) is a usual wheelchair.

Persons who have difficulties in keeping sitting position on the wheelchair can become a person to exercise by using a sitting place keeping device ([0107]22) because it enable to keep sitting position.

Any device, which can keep upright sitting position, is good for using to keep sitting position on the wheelchair without limiting the cushion and the wheelchair of this embodiment.[0108]

The walk training of the optional distance becomes possible by moving a carriage device ([0109]16) at a walk speed in this embodiment.

When the carriage device ([0110]16) stops, standing position training is possible as well as standing position training in the parallel bars.

A carriage device mechanism department ([0111]16-1) is the mechanism part, which moves a conveyer.

It is a general conveyer system, and an explanation is omitted.[0112]

A heat therapy device ([0113]21) is a microwave device for a heat therapy. It is general as a heat treatment device and an explanation is omitted. Though the microwave device is used in this embodiment, a hot pack can be used for the heat therapy device, and both an electric type and a hot water warm type are available to use.

In other words, any device that the heat therapy is possible in the optional affected part is good.[0114]

A hanging bar ([0115]13) as a carriage device is shaped as an electromotive style curtain rail form of the length 2 m that an upper extremities training device (30) is hung.

A going side-by-side carriage device ([0128]61-1) is a conveyer for the going side-by-side carriage of the devices installed in the storage.

It is moved in the reverse direction to the going side-by-side carriage device ([0129]61) The width of both of the carriage devices is 100 cm, and length is 750 cm.

A side-by-side and vertical movement assistant device ([0130]61-2) is an assistant board that helps smooth movement of the devices for the program to the up-down carriage device (63) from the going side-by-side carriage device (61-1). A mechanism department (62) of the going side-by-side carriage device is a the mechanism part of the going side-by-side carriage device.

The movement part of the conveyer of the first embodiment is a metal, and it is a strengthening plastic as for the second embodiment.[0141]

A device for the program is supplied to a person with putting it onto the carriage device ([0142]16) through the going side-by-side carriage device (61), through an elevator (63) and through the going side-by-side carriage device (61-1) from the storage shelf (64).

Then, a person to exercise uses the devices for the program.[0143]

When such self-propelled-type devices for the program are used, it is possible that self-propelled device which is a carriage device is substituted for the conveyer. A heat therapy position ([0147]26) is the position established for the person who received a heat therapy to understand easily.

The position is set up with a purpose of announcing the position clearly to the person whom a heat therapy is necessary because many persons to exercise at the same time.[0148]

Therethrough it isn't necessarily to set up the position when the heat therapy, which is easy to understand, is used[0149]

Though a heat therapy device ([0150]21) was a microwave device. And a heat therapy position (26) is set up as a position where it was easy to understand for the persons to exercise. It is possible that a heat therapy position (26) can be a carriage device (16) that has general-purpose by locating a heat therapy position (26) onto the conveyer.

Use Possibility In Industry

As mentioned above, this invention is a rehabilitation device for performing the takizawa program for rehabilitation which dissolves the fault that a person to exercise, an exercise manager and/or an exercise planner must carry out preparation for the devices to perform the program.[0151]

It can be rationalized all the more to perform the motivative exercise by the takizawa program, rehabilitation, muscle power strength training and a heat therapy safely in facilities where large numbers of persons exercise at the same time and in home.[0152]

Claims

What is claimed is:

1 A rehabilitation device provided with a lower extremities exercise device, a lower extremity exercise device, an upper extremities exercise device and a carriage device in which carries the lower extremities exercise device, the lower extremity exercise device and the upper extremities exercise device.

2 A rehabilitation device,

which is composed of a lower extremities exercise device,

a lower extremity exercise device,

an upper extremities exercise device

and a carriage device in which carries the lower extremities exercise device, the lower extremity exercise device and the upper extremities exercise device and exercise places is disposed along its transportation route

and makes the carriage device stop to place at least one of the exercise devices at any one of the exercise places.

3 A rehabilitation device,

which is composed of a lower extremities exercise device,

a lower extremity exercise device,

an upper extremities exercise device,

exercise places,

a storage for the exercise devices

and the carriage device in which carries the exercise devices between the storage and the exercise places.
