一種智慧型食物熱量計算裝置,包含:一熱量計算單元,包括一熱量計算模組、一與該熱量計算模組連接之食物種類資料庫、一與該熱量計算模組連接之食物熱量資料庫,及一與該熱量計算模組連接之基礎代謝計算模組,該食物種類資料庫中儲存至少一食物種類,該食物熱量資料庫中儲存對應該食物種類的至少一食物熱量,該基礎代謝計算模組取得一使用者的性別、年齡、身高及體重以計算出一基礎代謝率;一種類輸入單元,與該熱量計算模組連接,用以取得一種類輸入資料,該熱量計算模組依據該種類輸入資料於該食物種類資料庫檢索食物種類並取得相關的食物熱量;一重量輸入單元,與該熱量計算模組連接,用以取得一重量輸入資料,該熱量計算模組依據檢索得到的食物熱量及該重量輸入資料計算出一食物總熱量;及一資訊輸出單元,與該熱量計算模組連接,該熱量計算模組控制該資訊輸出單元輸出該食物總熱量;該基礎代謝計算模組具有一維持權重組件,及一減重權重組件,該基礎代謝計算模組分別將該基礎代謝率輸入該維持權重組件,及該減重權重組件中以提供對應的建議攝取熱量,其中,該維持權重組件提供之建議攝取熱量大於該減重權重組件提供之建議攝取熱量;該基礎代謝計算模組更具有一生活習慣設定組件,該生活習慣設定組件針對該使用者不同的生活習慣進行設定,該基礎代謝計算模組依據該生活習慣設定組件的設定提供對應的建議攝取熱量,其中,該生活習慣設定組件中設定的生活習慣包括不運動狀態、低度運動狀態、中度運動狀態、有氧運動狀態及劇烈運動狀態的其中之一,且該基礎代謝計算模組可依據該食物總熱量計算該使用者的一再進食建議熱量,該基礎代謝率熱量減去該食物總熱量等於該再進食建議熱量。A smart food calorie calculation device comprises: a calorie calculation unit, including a calorie calculation module, a food category database connected to the calorie calculation module, a food calorie database connected to the calorie calculation module, and a basic metabolic calculation module connected to the calorie calculation module, wherein the food category database stores at least one food category, the food calorie database stores at least one food calorie corresponding to the food category, and the basic metabolic calculation module obtains a user's gender, age, height and weight to calculate a basic metabolic rate; a type input unit connected to the calorie calculation module to obtain a type of input data, the calorie calculation module searches for food types in the food type database according to the type input data and obtains the relevant food calories; a weight input unit connected to the calorie calculation module to obtain a weight input data, the calorie calculation module calculates a total food calorie according to the retrieved food calories and the weight input data; and an information output unit connected to the calorie calculation module.
