Abstract

The present invention generally relates to a pickleball paddle having a handle inner core structure and a manufacturing method thereof. The pickleball paddle mainly comprises a paddle and a handle molded on one end of the paddle. An interior of the handle is provided with a foam-molded core portion so as to achieve a shock-absorbing effect. The core portion is completely and securely attached to the interior of the handle. Further, the end of the handle includes a rear cover potion integrally formed therewith, so that, in addition to eliminate a procedure of assembling the rear cover portion in the manufacturing process, the strength can be enhanced and the weight of the handle is reduced. The manufacturing of the present invention utilizes heat foaming molding and can thus eliminate gas leakage occurring in blow molding, so as to provide stable manufacturing quality. The density of the core portion is 0.17 g/cm3-0.9 g/cm3. The width of the rear cover portion is divergent in a direction away from the paddle.
