Abstract

The invention provides a system and method of self-help inquiry and generating structural compliant medical record. The method comprises the steps of: utilizing a semantic search module to perform determination, listing possible symptoms related to symptom key words inputted by the user to allow the user to select the best matching condition so as to obtain a primary compliant code; utilizing a syndrome pairing module to find out a disease code corresponding to the primary compliant code from a disease symptom comparison table and then listing all symptom codes included in the disease code, wherein the symptom code can be possible syndromes; using a sequence sorting module to sort and sequence the symptom code owned by the user from the possible syndromes, and displaying the symptom of the symptom code on the computer to generate related symptom code as the secondary compliant code after allowing the user to check it; and sequentially arranging the primary compliant code and the related symptom code to generate a set of template questionnaire, in which the questionnaire content is dynamically adjusted in accordance with the answer result filled and answered by the user, wherein all answer results are structuralized to generate a set of symptom combination medical record coding.
