Provided is a manufacturing procedure of a sole having a rubber decoration piece wherein the rubber decoration piece is prepared in advance which has a lower layer and an upper layer. The crosslinking agent concentration contained inside the upper layer is lower than that of the lower layer. First make the lower layer cure while the upper layer still has remnant crosslinking capacity. When the rubber decoration piece is placed into a mold, fill up the mold with the major sole embryo material and make the major sole embryo material contact with the upper layer of the rubber decoration piece. Then carry on the thermo-compression to this mold where the remnant crosslinking capacity of the upper layer of the decoration piece is utilized to accomplish the crosslinking reaction with the major sole embryo material, thus a sole having a decoration piece is able to be obtained.
