Abstract

This invention provides a means useful in diagnosing and treating various diseases caused by abnormalities in cells occurring mammalian blood; and a means of improving accuracy in diagnosing and treating these diseases. More specifically speaking, it is intended to provide a group of nucleic acid molecules comprising nucleic acid molecules having the nucleic acid sequences or partial sequences of individual genes in a group of genes expressed specifically in cells occurring in mammalian blood; a group of antibodies consisting of antibodies binding specifically to translation products of individual genes in a group of genes expressed specifically in cells occurring in mammalian blood; and a method of searching for a disease marker gene in a mammal, a diagnostic method, a method of identifying a remedy for a disease, a method of constructing diagnostic standard data, and diagnostic standard data which can be obtained by this method.
