(54) УСТРОЙСТВО ДЛЯ ФИКСАЦИИ КОСТНЫХ ФРАГМЕНТОВ Изобретение относитс к медицинской технике, а именно к устройствам , примен емым в остеосинтезе. Известно устройство дл фиксации костных фрагментов, содержащее металлические пластины, соединенные болтами D- Недостатками данного устройства вл ютс невозможность обеспечени достаточно надежной фиксации костны сегментов диафиза большеберцовой ко ти и невозможность ранней нагрузки конечности, что увеличивает срок лечени . Цель изобретени - обеспечение возможности фиксации костных сегмен тов диафиза большебериовой кости и возможности ранней нагрузки конечно Указанна цель достигаетс тем, что и устройстве дл фиксации костных фрагментов, содержащем металлические пластины, соединенные болтами , пластины выполнены полуцилиндри ческой формы с заостренными концами и имеют ушки. На чертеже схематически изображе устройство дл фиксации костных фрагментов, общий вид. Устройство дл фиксации костных фрагментов содержит металлииеские пластины 1 и 2, соединенные болтг1ми 3, причем пластины 1 и 2 выполнены полуцилиндрической формы с заостренными концами 4 - 7 и имеют ушки 8 11 . Устройство используют следующим образом. После произведенной корригирующей множественной остеотомии диафиза большеберцовой кости и сопоставлени концов костных сегментов, а при тонком диафизе производ т наложение кортикальных аллотрансплантатов по наружной поверхности кости, накладывают пластину 1, верхний заостренный конец 4 вбивают под проксимгшьный метафиз кости, а нижний заостренный : конец 5 пластины - в дистгшьный метафиз кости, по внутренней поверхности диафиза большеберцовой кости накладывают пластину 2, верхний конец 6 вбивгиот под проксимальный метафиз кости, а нижний конец 7 вбивают в дистальный метафиз кости. Далее через просверленные кангшы большеберцовой кости и кортикального аллотрансплантата пластины 1 и 2 ст гивают болтами 3, проведенными через отверс ги обеих пластин.
