The invention relates to the repair of damage to glass enamel coating and can be used in factories operating enameled equipment.
[1]->Known methods for repairing glass enamel coating with compositions based on silicate materials, namely, that a composition based on silicate materials is applied to a prepared area of glass enamel coating [1] ->
[2].Closest to the invention in technical essence is a method for repairing defects of an enamel coating, which consists in forming a layer of a silicate composition containing liquid glass, sodium silicofluoride and a filler [2].
Основным недостатком этого способа ремонта является низкая химическая стойкость покрытия в щелочных средах с pH = 8—10.The main disadvantage of this repair method is the low chemical resistance of the coating in alkaline environments with pH = 8-10.
Целью изобретения является повышение химической стойкости ремонтного материала в щелочных средах при pH = = .8—10.The aim of the invention is to increase the chemical resistance of the repair material in alkaline environments at pH = .8-10.
This goal is achieved by the fact that on the surface deposited on the repaired area, an additional layer of the same composition with the addition of organosilicon varnish is formed.
I.A specific embodiment of the invention is the repair of damage to the glass enamel coating in the form of chips to metal. Repair was carried out by applying one layer of a silicate composition consisting of water glass (39%), sodium silicofluoride (6%) and filler (55%) with a fraction of less than 75 μm. After exposure under natural conditions (temperature 20–25 ° С) for 2 h, the coating was subjected to heat treatment for 1 h at a temperature of 100 ° С. The heating and cooling rate was 20–30 ° С V Part I.
After heat treatment, a second layer of the repair composition was applied, consisting of a liquid layer (28%), sodium silicofluoride (5%), filler (56%) and organosilicon varnish (11%). The coating was heat treated for 3 hours at a temperature of 100 ° C.
The test of the repair coating for chemical resistance was carried out in water, in a solution of lithium alkali and salt at a temperature of 120 ° С with a 4% NaOH solution at a temperature of 100 ° С.
1.The coating continuity was checked by an IDS-1 flaw detector.
The test results are shown in 0 in table.
C is a continuous coating
H - violation of the continuity of the coating, P - destruction of the coating.
As can be seen from the table, the repair coating applied by the inventive method has increased chemical resistance in alkaline environments.
The total economic effect is estimated at 105,667 rubles.
