Изобретение относитс к медицинской технике. Известно устройство дл .внутрисосудистых операций, содержащее трубчатый корпус, гибкий вал и фигурный режущий элемент 1. Однако известное устройство травмирует при очистке внутренние стенки сосудов. Целью изобретени вл етс уменьшение травматизации при очистке внут ренних стенок сосудов и одновременное удаление соскоба. Эта цель достигаетс тем, что резкущий э лемент выполнен в виде конусной спиральной пружины с заточкой по обе стороны витка. Кроме того, витки пружины выполнены из ленты с треугольным поперечный , сечением, причем вершина треугольника направлена внутрь пружины, а углы основани треугольника образуют режущие кромки. На фиг.1 изображено устройство Я внутрисосудистых операций, обилий вид на фиг.2 - разрез А-А фиг.1 Устройство дл внутрисосудистых операций содержит трубчатый корпус 1, гибкую т гу 2, фигурный режущий элемент, выполненный в виде конусйой спиральной пружины 3 с заточкой по обе стороны витка, причем вигки пружины 3 выполнены из ленты. 4 с треугольным поперечным сечением, причем вершина треугольника направлена внутрь пружины, а углы основани образуют режущие кромки. При помощи т ги 2 и корпуса 1 одновременно устройство вынимают из сосуда.The invention relates to medical technology. A device for intravascular operations is known, comprising a tubular body, a flexible shaft and a shaped cutting element 1. In addition, the coils of the spring are made of a tape with a triangular cross-section, with the apex of the triangle facing the inside of the spring, and the corners of the base of the triangle form cutting edges. 1 shows a device I for intravascular operations; an abundance view in FIG. 2 is a section A-A of FIG. 1. The device for intravascular operations comprises a tubular body 1, a flexible body 2, a shaped cutting element made in the form of a tapered helical spring 3 sharpening on both sides of the coil, and wigki spring 3 is made of tape. 4 with a triangular cross section, with the apex of the triangle being directed toward the inside of the spring, and the corners of the base form cutting edges. The device works as follows. The device is introduced through the peripheral vessel to the site of impaired patency of the affected vessel, slowly turning the housing 1 into a figured cutting element made in the form of a tapered helical spring 3 into the pathological formations protruding into the vessel lumen (plaque, thrombus. Cutting edge cuts them in. The upper inner surface of the triangular cross section of the coil spring band 4 guides the cut pathological formations inside it After passing through the affected portion of the vessel by tightening the device pull 2, the coil spring 3 is compressed, turning it into a closed container in which the pathological formations are cut off. With the help of pull 2 and body 1, the device is simultaneously removed from the vessel.
