This invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to the treatment of wounds. Methods are known for treating infected wounds by using ointment powders and tamponing. However, the known methods do not allow creating a high concentration of medicinal or antiseptic preparations in the affected area and do not give a sufficiently high effect. The goal is to obtain a more pronounced wound cleansing effect, to create a high concentration of medicinal or antiseptic drugs in the affected area of the proposed method, the wound surface coated with the drug is exposed to ultrasound at a frequency f of 20-50 kHz. The method of treating infected wounds is carried out as follows. A solution of a drug or an antiseptic preparation is poured on the surface of the paHt. Ultrasonic vibrations from the inside of a solution into a solution with a waveguide connected to the transducer, which is powered by an ultrasonic generator. The radiating surface of the waveguide is recessed into the solution layer. In the first stage, the wound is cleaned. The spent product with the emulsified wound separable is removed from the wound and replaced with a new one. After the wound surface becomes clean, voicing the bath is performed without changing the solution. in the process of sounding, the radiated surface of the waveguide displaces the entire wound surface. Claims of treatment of infected HH | which consists in treating a wound with drugs, wherein THAT, in order to increase the efficiency of wound cleaning, to create a high concentration of drugs in the affected area, the wound surface covered with the drug is subjected to ultrasound at a frequency of 1-50 kHz.
