Изобретение относитс  к эксплуатации нефт ных и газовых скважин и может быть использовано при наращивании цементного кольца и создании экранов из тампонаж- ных материалов за обсадной колонной. Цель - расширение технологических возможностей устройства за счет обеспечени  одновременного с установкой ремонтного 2патрубка тампонировани  заколонной зоны . Дл  этого радиальные отверсти  полого штока перекрыты в исходном положении герметичными перегородками между гидроцилиндрами . Полый шток в нижней части имеет установленный на нем с возможностью ограниченного осевого перемещени  цилиндрический перекрыватель с фрикционным фонарем. В полом штоке под цилиндрическим перекрывателем выполнены радиальные отверсти . Цилиндрический перекрыватель установлен с возможностью перекрыти  последних при ходе штока вверх. После закачки и продавки тампонаж- ного материала располагают ремонтный патрубок напротив зоны нарушени  обсадной колонны. Перемещением устройства вверх перекрывают радиальные отверсти  цилиндрическим перекрывателем. Затем в устройстве создают рабочее движение.
