Изобретение относитс  к электротехнике и может быть использовано при ремонте электрических машин. Цель изобретени  - уменьшение объема ремонтных работ и повышение качества ремонта путем сужени  зоны ремонта. Дл  ликвидации повреждени  статора удал ют часть стержней обмотки, под нижние нажимные гребенки 3 устанавливают опорные элементы 10. Снимают верхние нажимные гребенки 2, демонтируют необходимое количество наборных клиньев, на которых собран сердечник, и ст жные шпильки 9 в зоне повреждени , демонтируют послойно поврежденные сегменты 7,8 активной стали. В освободившиес  пазы неповрежденной части сердечника вставл ют новые клинь , а в пазы зубцовой зоны - сборочные калибры. Затем в образовавшуюс  полость сердечника на место поврежденных сегментов послойно устанавливают новые сегменты, постепенно подава  при этом клинь  и калибры. Способ позвол ет резко сократить зону перешихтовки. 5 ил.The invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used in the repair of electric machines.
