Устройство состоит из станины / и трех наклонных неподвижных решетных секций: широкой верхней 2 и двух более узких нижних 3, которые размешены параллельно и имеют наклон, равный наклону верхней секции, но в противоположную сторону. Над верхней секцией смонтирован питающий бункер 4 с заслонкой 5. Секции укреплены на станине шарнирно, и наклон их может регулироватьс  при помощи винтов 6. Решета секций частично перекрываютс  плотной тканью 7, сматывающейс  с катушек 8, смонтированных в верхней части секций. Сортируемый продукт, поступающий «з бункера, сначала движетс  по ткани, на которой происходит разделение зерна по толщине потока на слои с разными удельными и абсолютными весами, вследствие чего, на решетах верхние т желые слои зерна идут сходом, а нижние (щелушеные)-просеиваютс  (проходом).The device consists of a frame / and three inclined stationary sieve sections: a wide upper 2 and two more narrow lower 3, which are placed in parallel and have a slope equal to the slope of the upper section, but in the opposite direction.
