The invention relates to medical technology, namely to devices used in the surgical treatment of wounds and stars.

The aim of the invention is to reduce the trauma and to provide a more intimate contact of the wound edges.

1.FIG. 1 shows a device for bringing the wound edges together., General view; in fig. 2 - tensioning mechanism; in fig. 3 and 4 —the device at the initial and final stages of application, respectively, section A-A and 4 of FIG. one.

На барабане установлена ручка II дл  осуществлени  его вращени .The device consists of two parallel-mounted plates 1 and 2 with holes 3 and 4, respectively. Moreover, the holes 3 in the plate 1 are transversely arranged, and the holes 4 are at an angle to the plane of the plate 2. The plates 1 and 2 are interconnected by two guides 5. The plate 2 has a support 6 of a tension mechanism, which consists of a drum 7, a ratchet wheel 8, a slotted locking disc 9 and a latch 10. A knob II is mounted on the drum to carry out its rotation.

In the holes 3 and 4 of the plates 1 and 2 are suture thread 12, which serve

The device is then placed in a widened form onto the wound, the ends of the threads are passed (held as parallel as possible) through the nearest holes 3 of the plate 1, the ends of the threads 12 are tied with 1-2 nodes 14 to prevent the threads from slipping out of the holes 3. The opposite ends of the threads 12 pass through the corresponding The holes 4 of the plate 2 and each thread are counter-clockwise wound 1-2 turns on the drum 7, and their ends are pushed into the slots of the fixing disk 9, where they are fixed with a slight tension. After all the threads 12 are fixed in this way, they begin to rotate knob 11 counterclockwise. In this case, 5 threads winding 12 onto the drum 7. Zanchalka 10 prevents the rotation of the drum 7, which rests against the teeth of the ratchet wheel 8. As the threads 12 wind over the drum 7, plates 1 and 2 come closer along the guides 5 and in the final position the plates will occupy the position shown in FIG. 4 - the position of a closed wound.
