Als voorbeeld is een snede 10 getoond, die door de folie 2 dient te worden afgedekt. Nadat 10 op deze wijze de folie 2 door middel van de kleeflaag 3 op de huid 9 is gehecht, wordt op de in figuur 3 getoonde wijze de dragerfolie l verwijderd door het volgens pijl 11 omhoog bewegen van de schutlaag 4 door aangrijping van de eerste aangrijpzone 6. De hechting van de folie 2 op de huid 9 is 15 aanzienlijk sterker dan de hechting tussen de dragerfolie 1 en de folie van pleistermateriaal. Aldus kan de dragerfolie 2 gemakkelijk worden verwijderd. Tenslotte kan de tweede aangrijpzone 7 worden verwijderd langs de perforatie 8.Figures 1, 4 and 5 show a plaster laminate according to the invention.
