Abstract

The present invention refers to improvements in the manufacture of a specially designed metallic axle, which is utilized for transmitting a mechanical force produced by an electric motor to blender blades of any model or trademark, the axle being characterized in that it provides a reliable fastening device, thereby resulting in a higher safety margin provided to a user, and in a more extended useful life of said axle. This novel improved axle allows a greater protection to be provided to the user, due to the fact that it comprises a more efficient fastening system, thereby preventing the blender blades from getting loose from the piece holding them so that the guarantee-related aspects of the manufacture and assemble of said pieces are invariably improved. A further advantage in the production of this modified blender blade axle, when manufactured according to the process of the present invention, is that maufacturing times are reduced, thereby reducing both the costs therefor and the cost of the final product.
