본 고안은 이동이 가능하도록 제작된 용기로부터 기포를 발생하는 간이용구로서 화재시 포소화약제의 분사용으로 소방방재 부분에 활용이 가능하며, 특히 악취가 발생하는 근원지에 이동하면서 활용이 가능한 것으로 환경분야에도 그 용도가 활용될 수 있다.
