작용은 ISP사에서 DHCP Service시 자체 개발한 매직 트래이서트라는 프로그램에서 라우터 또는 써버에 원격접속하여 실시간으로 각 고객에게 할당되어진 유동 IP값을 체크한다.The function is to check the dynamic IP value assigned to each customer in real time by remotely accessing the router or server from the program called Magic Tracer, which was developed by the ISP at DHCP Service.
