본 고안은 통신 시설을 이용하여 현재의 기상 상태 및 향후 기상 예보를 항상 표시하도록 하여 사람이 기상에 대한 정보를 쉽게 알 수 있도록 고안한 기상예보 장치에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a weather forecasting device designed to allow a person to easily know the information on the weather by always displaying the current weather conditions and future weather forecasts using a communication facility.
종래에는 현재의 기상 상태 및 기상예보를 알기 위해서는 직접 기상 측정장비를 이용하여 측정하거나, 대중매체에서의 일기예보를 듣거나, 컴퓨터 통신을 통한 정보 검색 또는 전화를 통해 문의를 하는 방법을 이용하였다. 직접 측정장비를이용하는 방법은 상당한 비용이 필요하기 때문에 쉽게 사용하기는 어렵다. 그리고, 대중매체나 전화서비스를 이용하는 방법은 필요할 때 즉시 알아보기 어려우며, 별도로 기록해 두지 않고서는 필요할 때마다 알아보아야 하는 불편함이 있을뿐만 아니라, 수시로 변하는 기상상태를 매번 확인하는 것은 어렵다. 그리고 특정한 날에 대한 기상예보를 알기 위해서는 인터넷을 통한 검색방법을 이용하는 것이 편리하지만 컴퓨터가 있어야하는 문제점이 있다.Conventionally, in order to know the current weather conditions and weather forecasts, a method of directly measuring weather forecasting equipment, listening to weather forecasts in the media, searching for information through computer communication, or inquiring via telephone has been used. 본 고안은 현재의 기상 상태 및 향후의 기상예보를 바로 볼 수 있도록 한 기상 예보장치에 관한 것으로 기상청에서 제공하는 기상정보를 본 고안에서의 기상예보 장치가 자동적으로 통신 시설을 이용하여 일정한 시간간격으로 받아들어 표시되도록 하였다.The present invention relates to a weather forecasting device that allows the user to immediately view the current weather conditions and future weather forecasts. 본 고안에서는 도1에서 보는바와 같이 기상 예보장치(1)를 통신시설의 하나인 전화기(4)에 접속기(3)를 통하여 연결하였다. 따라서 기상 예보장치는 전화선(2)을 통하여 특정한 전용장소에 미리 저장되어있는 기상정보자료를 받아들이게 된다. 전용 장소에 저장된 기상정보자료는 기상청에서 제공하는 현재 또는 향후의 기 상 정보를 본 고안의 시스템을 제작, 공급하는 시스템 관리자가 본 장치와의 통신으로 전송하기 쉽도록 변환하여 저장해 두게된다. 본 고안에서의 기상 예보장치는자동적으로 일정한 시간 간격으로 도 2에서 보는 바와 같이 장치 내부에 있는 모뎀(5)을 통하여 본 정보가 있는 장소에 접속하여 정보 자료를 전송받아 마이크로 프로세서가 있는 전자회로(6)에 있는 저장장소에 기억해 두었다가 사용자가 알기 쉽도록 기상 표시판(8)에 현재의 기상 상태와 향후의 기상상태를 주 단위로 또는 월단위로 표시해 주게된다. 또한 기능에 따라서는 입력키(7)를 두어 지역별 또는 날짜별로 기상 상태를 기상 표시판(8)에 독립적으로 표시할 수 있다.In the present invention, as shown in Fig. 1, the weather forecasting apparatus 1 is connected to the telephone 4, which is one of the communication facilities, through the connector 3.
