Abstract

PURPOSE: An apparatus for measuring an amount of non-magnetic material plated in the upper part of magnetic material is provided to measure the thickness of a plated layer by measuring inductive magnetic force generated in a coil and induced to an induction magnetoscope. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for measuring amount of a non-magnetic material(12) plated in the upper part of a magnetic material(10) includes a reversed U shaped magnetic field generator(20) connected with the non-magnetic material plated in the upper part of the magnetic material and winding a coil(22) in the upper center and connected with a power supply(30), a reverse U shaped induction magnetoscope installed within the magnetic field generator and winding a coil(42) in the upper center, and an induction magnetism measuring instrument(50) connected with the coil.
