Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce a coil control time and to reduce power consumption by the effect of an iron core, by winding a coil around an opposed magnetic pole piece to form a coil with an iron core and forming the opposed surface of the magnetic pole piece so that the central part thereof becomes a protruding part or recessed cavity.
