Also, when adhering Susvenge 2
Because the magnetic head is placed on top of the head and glued on, the VC bonding part cannot be seen, resulting in poor adhesion due to the adhesive protruding.
Let's take a look at the problem. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention is intended to solve these problems, and its purpose is to provide a high-quality, low-cost magnetic head by improving the accuracy of the bonding position between the magnetic head and the suspension.

In adhering the formed magnetic core chip to the composite floating magnetic head made of glass and the suspension made of a metal material that holds the magnetic head, the inside corners of the pair of running surfaces of the magnetic head and the suspension 2 are bonded together. It is characterized by positioning and gluing based on two holes.

である。As shown in FIG. 1, a gluing jig 1 is provided with a side part slightly wider than the width of the magnetic head 60, and a magnetic head positioning jig 2 with surfaces 3 formed at an angle of 30 degrees on both sides is embedded therein. As shown in the figure, the magnetic head 6 is set in the magnetic head positioning jig 2 with the running surface 7 side facing downward. At this time, the inner corner portions 8 of the pair of running surfaces of the magnetic head 6 come into contact with the 30 degree surface 3 of the positioning jig 2, and the position is determined even if the groove width and groove depth vary. Further, in order to prevent the magnetic head 6 from being set diagonally, a pin 4 is provided, and the pin 4 is pushed up by a coil spring 5, and the groove between the running surfaces of the magnetic head 60 is placed on the top surface of the pin 4, preventing the magnetic head 6 from being set diagonally. It can be prevented. After setting the magnetic hept 6 on the jig, apply an appropriate amount of 47M10 to the center of the back groove 9 of the magnetic head 6.
With the adhesive side of the suspension 11 facing down, set the suspension 11 on the two positioning pins 13 and 14 as shown in Figure 2, and press the presser rod 12 against the center of a part of the flexure of the suspension 1/11 using spring force. By bonding the adhesive portions and drying them, a composite floating magnetic head with extremely good adhesive position accuracy, high quality, and high yield is completed.
