Abstract

PURPOSE:To make unattended brewing and fermentation process possible by connecting public telephone circuit to preset telephone number automatically and informing temperature information by voice when controlling temperature exceeded a preset limit. CONSTITUTION:Controlling temperature is detected by a sensor S and a controlling temperature detecting device 1 and judged whether preset temperature range is exceeded or not by an information processor 2. When set range is exceeded, telephone call is given automatically to telephone number of a telephone set T1 of preset public telephone circuit P by an automatic transmitter and receiver 4. When the receiver of a called person's telephone set is picked up, a warning message or temperature information is converted to voice signals by a voice converting device, and the signals are let flow in the public telephone circuit P. Thereby, abnormality of temperature of processing of 24-hour continuous work can be reported to a remote supervisor without stationing an operator near the device.

The curve ■ is the ideal product temperature progression, and the product temperature is controlled to follow this. This koji production is continuous operation for approximately 44 hours, and of course it is carried out at night as well. If the temperature of koji exceeds 40°C due to a malfunction in the air conditioner that controls the temperature, the quality of koji may deteriorate and the product value may be lost.

When this automatic alarm system is used in this process, the alarm generation range is set according to the curve ■, the temperature of the product is detected by the sensor (S), and when the actual product temperature is at point A, the air conditioner malfunctions and the curve ■ The following explanation assumes that the process has been followed. The product temperature that started to rise at point A exceeds the curve ■ at point B, and at the same time,
A call is automatically made to the preset home telephone number of the person in charge of the process, and a voice notification informing the person that the temperature of the product has reached 35° C., for example, is made. The process manager rushed to the site and took measures to lower the temperature at point C, or 36°C, to prevent it from rising above 40°C.
Normal temperature control can be restored.
